Summary: The Avengers are on a break, Steve and Bruce go out to get some coffee and they find a figure standing in the alley. Bruce is timid about going to see what it is, but Steve is too curious. While walking towards the figure he see's it's a person. Well not exactly human. They both bring the person to the tower and take them to the lab, see what happens next.

Steve's POV:

"Come on Bruce." I said looking back at the hesitant man who was standing behind me.

I looked ahead at me looking at the small figure.

I wanted to pick it up but there was a huge chance that I could get severely injured.

"What's your name?" I asked.

The figure looked up at me and trembled a little.

"Bruce...let's bring it back." I said.

"I-I'm not an 'it'." They said.

"Then please tell me your name..." I whispered slightly.

"I-I.....my name is Y/N....also known as Project....Project Genderless....." Y/N said.

Horrible name I know -Major Eye Roll-

I looked at Bruce, "W-we found them..." Bruce said.

Y/N backed away into the alley, "Please! I tried to get away for a reason!" They cried out.

Bruce looked at Y/N, "We've been looking for you."

"For what? So you can poke me with probes and science-y stuff?" Y/N practically screamed.

I sighed and looked at Bruce, "Let's get you back to the tower before you hurt yourself." Bruce said.

"I'm not a child! You can't make me!" /S/he screeched.

Bruce ran to Y/N to hold h/er/im down before they got away.

"Y/N your powers can glitch anytime and you can potentially hurt someone or some one else." Bruce sighed.

"I-I don't know...are you going to hurt me again?" Y/N asked.

"Never." Bruce said.

He finally got Y/N to let him take them to the tower.
