When We Said Forever.

Chapter 5

Stretching out as i woke up, my arms hit something.. Or rather someone. It took me a while to remember that Cal had stayed over last night. I laughed at the sight of him, sprawled out on my bed, leaving me with little room. He groaned suddenly. "Urggh, what time is it?"




"10:30" I replied.

Calum groaned once more, and rolled over, coming closer towards me, this time burying his head in the crook of my neck.

"Your bed is way too small" he grumbled.




"Look, some of us aren't giants Calum" i said, pushing him over. "Lets get up, i'm so hungry I could eat your entire arm."




He snatched his arm away. "You wouldn't dare!" He said in shock horror.




"I swear to god if you don't get up i will" She replied.




And that's all it took for Calum to jump out of bed and run upstairs.




Keely waited, knowing that he would come back, and seconds later he sheepishly ran back down.

In a fit of laughter, Keely said "you forgot didn't you"




Calum pouted, "Yes i forgot to put pants on! Don't judge me, you were threatening to eat my entire arm!"




Laughing even harder, Keely threw Calum's jeans at him and made her way upstairs.

She was putting 4 slices of bread in the toaster as Calum walked back up the stairs for the second time already this morning. He grabbed the plates and knives from the cupboard as she got the juice, butter and spreads.




The toast popped up and Calum grabbed them, throwing two slices on each plate, complaining about how hot they were.




"Ouch ouch ouch! I never learn my lesson, i think my fingers are burnt to crisps."




"You're an idiot" was all Keely had to say sitting down at the table.




Once Calum had buttered the toast, putting vegemite on his and peanut butter and honey on hers, then taking over the plates and glasses of juice and sitting by her side.




As they were devouring their breakfast Calum's phone buzzed, someone obviously ringing him.




"Hello?" He said.




Unable to hear who was on the line, Keely continued to eat her toast.




"Seriously man!? That's great news, i'll be over soon!"




At this Keely frowned.




"Keels, i totally planned on spending the day with you, but Luke just called. He's found a drummer for our band, and wants to rehearse with him to see how he sounds" Calum said sympathetically.




"Oh, Cal! That's awesome news!" She smiled!




She knew that Calum's band one of the most important thing to him and his two bestfriends Luke and Michael. Now they had finally found a drummer, Michael would stop blaming those god damn bongos in just about ever youtube cover they uploaded.




"I was getting sick of Mike's bongo action" she laughed.




"You have no idea!" Calum chuckled in reply.




"I better get going though, but i'll come back later if it's okay? We'll hang out again, go somewhere exciting!"




"Sounds good Cal." She said, standing up and giving him a tight hug.




"Thank you for making everything better yesterday" she smiled looking up at him.




"No worries gorgeous" he smiled back, reaching down to kiss her before heading out the door.

Another short chapter today, as i'm at work, but i will hopefully update again tonight or tomorrow morning.
