Chapter 23

I AM SO SO SO SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN A MONTH! Things have been pretty hectic at home over the christmas/new year period, plus i've been getting ready to go overseas. I know, i know: horrible excuses but i'm hoping to update a few times before this weekend & plan to write heaps of updates on the plane for you guys!

This is only a MINI UPDATE, but there will be a longer one tonight! :D

Thankfully, we didn't end up playing twister when we got home, despite Ashton's protests, and whining about all of us being 'party poopers.' Instead we all made our way upstairs to the bedrooms, bidding our goodnights to each other, Michael & Luke were off to verse each other in Fifa & Ashton sulked off to his bedroom, still muttering about the party being pooped by all of us. Finally, Calum & I made our way into his bedroom, once again collapsing on his bed straight after getting changed into pyjamas, much to Calum's dismay.

"I thought we were gonna start from where we left off" he pouted.

"We have all the time in the world to do that Cal, or rather we can take off from the start tomorrow morning" i winked at him, snuggling back into his bare chest.

I felt him smile into my hair.

"Are you nervous about touring?" I asked him, not ready to go to sleep just yet.

"Not really, more excited. I'm looking forward to struttin' my stuff on stage" he joked.

"You're an idiot! Seriously how are you feeling about it? I mean you're travelling the world with your bestfriends, along side the biggest boy band in the world at the moment."

"To be honest with you, i'm nervous as shit. Like, the one direction boys are so famous, what if we don't live up to their standards? What if the crowds don't like us?" He murmured.

"They obviously saw something in you guys, otherwise you wouldn't be here today, and the crowd at home loves you, so why would the rest of the world be any different?" I asked. "You're going to absolutely kill it, i know you will!" I encouraged, stretching up to give him a kiss.

"I'm so glad you're here Keels, calming my nerves as always. You'll come to the first show right? " he asked.

"Calum Thomas Hood, i wouldn't miss it for the world! I expect to be back stage!" I giggled.

"You're the best" he smiled, leaning down to kiss me once more, before the two of us got settled for the night, finally falling asleep underneath the same sky.
