Chapter 26

A/N
first off, I've finished editing! It took a lot longer than I expected but I hope that's alright.

I REALLY suggest to go back and re-read this book. I've changed a couple things, including that Britney doesn't exist anymore.

She wasn't really a. Character that I enjoyed, I don't even know why I included her in the beginning. I've defined Lacey and Carter's personalities a bit more I think, added more banter, thickened up some short chapters, and added a bit more Dexter.

It felt really good going back and seeing how much my writing has changed since the beginning of this book. There were even some points where I actually praised myself for putting in so much effort.
I can't exactly pinpoint ever single thing I've changed but I do want to tell you guys something,
I got some comments before telling me to keep on writing and that you never want this book to end. I'll tell you this now, this book hasn't even reached its climax yet.

I have a lot planned for it and have mostly developed the plot and I can't wait to have this book grow even more.

On a bit more unrelated note, I'd really appreciate it if you guys left me feedback on these chapters and gave some of your input. It always makes me happy each time I just see someone commented.

Finally, I have some fairly big news,

It's called, In_Too-Deep and its run by ItsMeBumbleBee , OurLittleLies , sopha_rama and myself.
We already have a book on there, Crash and Burn. It's be amazing if you checked it out.

I'm thinking of changing up the update schedule of this book. I might make it so I update once a week, but I'd like to update whoever works for me during said week. This would also be close to the schedule for my new book In The Blink of an Eye.

That would also help me a bit more since school for me is starting soon.

I grabbed my bag from the ground and slipped on my shoes, "Bye Evan!" I yelled up the stairs. I heard him respond with a faint goodbye as I opened the door.

I was pushed to the ground by Carter as he leaped onto me, "I have big news, Lacey!" He yelled.

I looked up at him. He smiled, "Have you checked our channel lately?"
I shook my head. Carter stood up, taking out his phone.

Carter pulled me up and shoved his phone in my face. I leaned away and grabbed the phone. A smile broke out on my face as I saw the view count on our latest video, 98.3K, it read.

My eyes skipped up to the subscriber count, "76,000 subscribers!?"

Carter nodded happily and took his phone back, typing in something before giving my phone back. Dexter's channel was displayed. The view count had jumped to 659,000 views.
