Chapter 23

"Um, Trey?" I said as I poked his shoulder.

"What?" he groaned.

"Um, what are you doing in my bed?"

He didn't answer.

I got out of bed, then walked downstairs. I grabbed a cup of water and went back up stairs. I sat on my bed and pulled the covers down so that his body was exposed. I then poured all the water on him. He jumped up and started screaming. I, on the other hand, was dying. Let's just say his little friend was poking. And by little, I don't mean the size because that nigga has a big ass dick. Let me just throw that out there right quick.

"Damn girl, what's wrong with you?" He yelled.

"I tired to wake you up but you acting like you ain't hear me. So the water was my last choice." I told him.

"Girllll. Now I'm wet." He stopped then looked around. "Hold up, it's morning?!?"

I looked out the window. "Pretty much."

"Damn, my dad's gonna kill me." He said as he put his shoes on.

"What happened last night? Why were you in my bed?" I asked.

"When I came closer to you, I kissed you. Then I told you to hurry up and get dress before I lost myself. Once you got done, we cuddled and watched a movie. I guess we fell asleep after." He said as he put his jacket on and came up to me. "What did you think we did? and your memory sucks ass."

"See I just woke up with you by me and you know. And yes, I agree."

"Okay baby, but look. Ima go and get cleaned and changed then meet you at school. Okay?"

"Yea."

He kissed my cheek then left. I went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth and did whatever thing I had to in that bathroom. The house was quiet so I guess Alex and my mom didn't come back last night.

I went to my closet and up on some blue washed jeans, a green v-neck and some green chucks. I put my hair up in a high ponytail then grabbed my stuff.

 I walked up to the entrance were Alex was with his friends.

"Hey baby sister." He said.

"We're twins dumbass." I told him.

"Well then, hey twin."

Oh my, this nigga stupid.

"So what party did you go to last night?"

"Some college dude." I knew it!

"Aw, okay. Did you have fun? You actually came to school so it doesn't sound like it."

"Well it was until the police came because they heard there was underage drinking and what not."

"Oh, well I'll catch you later then nigga." I told him

"Bet."

I walked to my locker.

"Hey Dria! Guess what?" Khris said coming up to me. She was a little too excited about this.

"What's up?" I said while opening my locker.

"Guess who out of all people is Maurice's new girlfriend?"

"Ummm, Christiana from my chemistry class?"

"Ugh, I hate you but no. Me!!!"

I laughed. "Hate you too. But how did that happen? When did it happen?"

"Okay, this weekend we went out again. And he asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes Sunday and I don't know. I tried to tell you yesterday but you had to get to class."

"Aw, I'm sorry. And congrats! You and Maurice are a cute little couple."

"Oh shut up." We both laughed.

"Hey Dria." Shanae said coming up to us. She looked at Khris. "Hey, I'm Shanae."

"Hey, Khris." They shook each other's hands. "But look Dria, I'll talk to you later. Nice meeting you Shanae." Khris said.

"See ya." I turned to Shanae. "What's up?"

"Oh, nothing really. Just tryna past time before class start."

"Yea, I feel ya."

We talked for about ten more minutes then she left.

"Hello all students. Now we all know that prom is this Saturday and this week is asking week. So we have a little surprise for you. Everyone make your way into the gym. Thank you." The voice in the intercom said.

I grabbed my books and put then in my bag then followed the crowd of people to the gym.

I sat down closer to the top on the bleachers as everyone was coming in.

Once everyone was seated, the principle started.

"Good morning all, as you all know, it is asking week. And we have a few students that wanted to share a few things." He said then moved to the side.

The lights turned off and then this one little light in the center came on.
