Chapter 56

Alex is so damn stupid, I swear. He woke me up early in the morning to take me to Chuck E Cheese. I love Chuck, but it was closed. So we ended up going to the zoo and it was really fun. We bonded and it felt good to be with him. My big brother. I love him.

So it's almost 6:30 and Shanae wants to go out to the movies. She said she'll pick me up and we'll go from here. She didn't tell me what movie we're seeing tho.

"My phone started ringing. "Yea?" I answered.

"I'm outside, come on." She said then hung up.

I grabbed my purse and walked out to her car.

"You look pretty." She said once I got in.

"Oh, thanks. You too." I smiled.

I was wearing a grey shirt that hung off of my right shoulder with some black skinnies and my grey low top converses. My hair was laid straight down.

Nae had some black shiny leggys with a white boy shirt buttoned to the top and some black flats. Her hair was in a bun on top of her head.

"Thanks girl. I try." She said as she pulled out of my driveway.

"So what movie are we going to see?" I asked her.

"I'm not telling you. It's a surprised."

"Nigga..."

Twenty or so minutes later, we pulled up to the movie theatre. Since it's a Sunday evening, there isn't a lot people here.

As we walked into the lobby, I got this really nervous feeling.

"Here's your tickets. Your movie is right through that door." The lady said.

I smiled and we both said thank you.

"Let's get some popcorn. I'm hungry." She said.

"Yea. I wanna large with extra butter and a blue icee." I told her.

After we got our snacks, we went into the room where our movie was. Most of the seats where take expect these two seats at the top by some boys. It was too dark to make their faces out. So we walked up there and sat down. About tens minutes into the movie, Nae said she had to go to the bathroom.

*TREY'S POV*

Brandon claimed he had to pee and that was minutes ago. But I'm to into this movie to go check on him.

As the dumb blonde in the movie got closer to the door, the scary music in the background sped up.

Then something jumped out of the closet and the girl next to me screamed. I think I'm going crazy again because she sound a lot like Dria. Trey, get yourself under control.

Once the movie was over, the lights came on at the same time as the ending credits. And Brandon was still gone.

"Shit, where is she?"

I looked beside me and I swear I was going crazy. Ol girl look and sound like her.

"Trey? What are you doing here?" she asked.

Wait, it is Dria.

"Dria?" I asked.

"Um, yea? What are you doing here?" she asked again.

"Oh, sorry. I was here with Brandon but he disappeared."

"Brandon? Shanae!"

"Shanae?" I asked.

"Yea, she brought me here and she disappeared too."

It all makes sense now. "So she brought you here for a girls night out huh?"
