Chapter 59

"Do you know, we have like a couple more days and then we are seniors? I'm so excited." Joslyn said.

"Yea, next year's going to be pretty awesome." Joel said as he put his arm around her.

"I, personally, can't wait till summer tho. No more school, and I can spend all my time with Mar." Khris said as she leaned her head on Maurice.

He kissed her head.

"Ew, get a room." I told them.

"Now Dria, let's not talk about getting rooms now." Nae said.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"So a couple of nights ago, I came back to the apartment with Nae. We walked in and-"

"Hey baby." I cut Brandon off as Trey walked up to our table.

"Hey baby." he said back as he kissed my lips.

Everyone started laughing except Trey and I.

"What's so funny?" he asked.

"Oh nothing. They're just stupid that's all." I said before anyone else could respond.

"Okay, so what's up with everyone?" he asked toward the group.

Everyone just mumbled different responses.

"So wait, are y'all back together?" Joslyn asked.

I smiled. "We never broke up." Trey said.

I looked up at him and he smiled at me. I smiled back. I love this dude.

*GRADUATION DAY!*

"Hey, Mechie!" Dria yelled.

He turned and smiled at her. Mechie is a graduate so this is his last day.

He gave her a huge smile as he turned back around. Dria went back to her seat by Alex and waited for the program to began.

Trey was excited but also glad that Mechie was leaving. He can't stand him. Everyone knows Mechie has a crush on her.

Joslyn, Khris and Nae all thought he was cute. Well, he was. He was one of the finest senior boys. Shit and he can dance and sing! Lord...

Anyway, haah. The rest of the boys didn't really have a problem with him. He was on the basketball team and he was really good as well.

As the program came to an end, there were tears. Tears of sadness and tears of joy. Another school year coming to an end. Great friendships were made, love was found, and the past came back but they made it. Everyone is happy at this point and that's good.
