"Ugh, I hate MATH!" I yelled to no one but myself.
After we got to Mr. cross' room, he started on some boring lecture about ionic compounds. I, however, spent the whole period clownin with Nae. That girl is so funny! But soon school went in a blur and now I'm sitting here in my room doing my math homework. But this shit is HARD!
Vibrate...Vibrate
The sound woke me up so I rolled over and grabbed my phone off my nightstand.
"Yea?" I answered in a sleepy voice.
"Dria!?! Have you heard from Que?" Issa yelled in my ear.
"Okay, first stop screaming. Second, no I haven't. He texted me earlier but the conversation didn't last long. Why?" I said rubbing my eyes and sitting up.
"Because he's missing. When his mom died, he jus-"
"WHAT!?!" I cut him off. "What the hell do you mean by when his momma died?"
"Oh, I'm sorry D. I thought you knew."
I already felt the tears building up in my eyes. "What?" Was all I could say.
"She went to the hospital around noon then died around 5:30. Que was there the whole time. When she left, he punched the wall and knocked over things then left. We've been looking for him every since."
"Dria? Are you okay?" Issa said again.
I didn't answer him. I just hung the phone up and started crying my eyes out. I can't believe this. Not momma Jacki!

I was sitting on the plane just thinking about what's going to happen. After crying my eyes out, Alex told me to go see Que and cry with him. Alex loves momma Jacki but he just didn't want to hear my crying. He doesn't cry, which is kinda weird if you ask me. So I got my stuff ready and my mom got my flight. I tried calling Que, but he didn't answer. So I texted him saying I was on my way. No one but my mom, and Alex know I'm going to Atlanta. I'm staying until after the funeral.

Once the plane landed, all the memories came back. Ugh how much I missed this place.
My phone then vibrated with a text. It was from Que.
Meet me at the old river.
I said okay then called a taxi.
We pulled up to the river minutes later. I thanked the driver and gave him the money. I got out, grabbing my stuff out the trunk and looked for Que's car. There aren't a lot of cars here so I spotted his very easy. I then looked around and I spotted him by the lake looking at the water. I walked over to him and hugged him from behind.
We just stayed like that for a few minutes.
"Thank you Dria you don't know how bad I needed that." He said turning around to face me.
"You're welcome. I'm sorry about what happened. Do you know that everyone is worried sick about you?"
"FUCK EVERYONE!" He yelled. "The most important person in my life just died today. How in the fuck am I going to live without her?" he started to cry.
I pulled him into a tight hug and let him cry on me. I also cried. His mom was a very nice and kinda lady.
"What am I going to do?" he cried. I just squeezed him tighter.
"We will just have to take it one step or day at a time. We will get though this, I promise." I told him.
"I love you so much Dria and I'm glad you came to help. I don't know what would've happened to me without you."
"I love you to Que." I whispered into his ear.
"So are you going home?" I asked him as we were walking along the water.
"Only if you come with me. I can't stay in that house alone with out..." he tailed off.
I put my arm around him and squeezed his shoulder. "I know and I'll stay with you."
We walked to his car and he put my bag in the back as I got in the passengers seat. Que got in the drivers and we drove to his house.
