Chapter 47

Valentines day is this Friday and I am so happy! This will be my first valentine in a relationship, so it's kinda special. But my friends in the past made my days pretty special as well. But whatever...

After we got back from New York, things were actually pretty calm. Alex finally apologized and Que is now talking to me. But things are still a little weird between us ever since he confessed he loved me. Which I still find very awkward and strange.

I've barely seen my mom these past few month due to all the long hours she's putting in. And if you ask me, it also seems pretty strange.

Trey and I are still pretty strong. I love that boy more and more each day. It's just something about him that makes things feel and seem real. I don't know how to explain it but...yea.

Brandon and Shanae have been spending a lot of time together. I don't know if they're a couple or what but they are cute together.

Everyone else is doing good. But Joslyn, she's acting a little weird. She's been very moody and cranky. It's like she's on her period all day, everyday. Something's seriously up with her.

Speaking of....

"Dria!" She screamed.

I rolled my eyes and looked at her. "Yea Joslyn?"

"I'm so hungry...and I can't find Joel. He's disappeared." She started to tear up.

"Joslyn, when was your last period?" I asked her.

She looked at me with confusion in her eyes. "What?" she asked.

I repeated myself and she just looked at me again.

"Um, why?"

*TREY'S POV*

"Dude, what do you mean she might be pregnant?" I asked Joel.

"I mean have you seen how she's been acting? She's going crazy. I'm just like staying away from her right now. I can't take it."

I started laughing and he looked at me like I was crazy.

"Bruh, this shit ain't funny. I don't wanna be nobody's daddy. I'm to young for this."

"Dude, I'm sorry but that's funny af. I thought y'all would've had a baby by now with all that sneaking around y'all be doing."

"Whatever. But what you doing for Dria Friday?" He asked me.

"What do you mean?"

I don't think there's anything special happening this week.

He looked at me like I was crazy.

"Dria's going to kill you, twice."

"She can't touch this, she loves me to much." I told him.

"Friday's Valentines day."

"Damn!" I totally forgot."

"Told you."

I punched his arm. "Ouch. Bitch nigga." He said.

Dria is going to kill me.

"So what are you going to get her?" Forrest asked me.

He decided to come to my apartment after school.

My dad and I are still not on good terms and I'm happy. He hurt me bad, and I don't even know if I want to forgive him. Shits hard.

"I honestly don't know. I totally forgot until Joel told me earlier today. She's going to kill me if she finds out."

He looked at me then laughed. "Good thing I got her gift ahead of time."

"Wait, what?"

He reached into his bag and pulled out a box wrapped in red and pink stripped paper. It also had a blue bow on top of it.

I looked at him. "Hey, that's my baby momma. I can't forget about her." He said.

"You're so lucky you're my brother. But what is it?"

"It's a blue heart shaped  necklace and in the box around it is a few pieces of chocolate."

That was actually a good idea. My little brother did good. But if that wasn't for my girlfriend, I would've told him that.

I just leaned back in my seat and looked at him. He smirked and went back to his homework leaving me to my thoughts. What do I get her?

Oh my! I'm so sorry I couldn't update sooner. Last week I went on a mission trip and didn't really have enough time to. Then got back to school and everything was just.....whatever but I updated. Sorry the timing and dates on the book are so far off. But thanks for reading and next chapter will be valentines day. What will Trey do for her?
