Riley's POV

"Riles, what are we doing today?" Maya asked.

"Yeah Riley what are we doing today?" Lucas asked as well.

As soon as he finished the sentence, Maya blew a socket and went off.

"Oh no! You've had her long enough, Ranger Rick. Leave. I need to be with her once in a while okay?"

"Okay Maya, chill out. I was kidding," Lucas says while laughing.

I started laughing too. "Damn Peaches, I didn't know you needed me that much."

"Don't start with me Matthews."

I raise my hands. "Okay then."

I walk over to Lucas and kiss him on the cheek. "See ya later, Lucas."

"Bye, baby," he says as he kisses my lips.

Sweet.

"Okay Riles, let's go," Maya says as she grabs my hand.

"Where are we going?"

"To the mall."

"To do what?"

"Shop! Duh..."

I look at her amazed. "Who are you and what have you done with Maya?"

"Wow Riley. Thanks," She says while rolling her eyes and laughing.

Maya may be my best friend but sometimes she amazes me. I would have never thought she would want to go shopping. Then again, while in middle school, she went shopping with Uncle Shawn and really enjoyed that. So yeah...

"Alright then let's go."

We run to the car, put on our sunglasses and are off to the mall.

Lucas POV

"Dude we got to go now," I tell Farkle over the phone.

"What? They're gone?"

"Maya's in on the plan but I think she only has a few hours before Riley would want to come back."

"Well, I'm outside your dorm right now."

"Okay good. I'm just grabbing my essentials and I'll meet you down in five."

"Cool," he says before he clicked the end call button.

I quickly look for my wallet and keys before bolting down the stairs like Sonic the Hedgehog.

"What took you so long?" Farkle mocks while I run up to him.

"Shut up and run. We need to get there ASAP."

"I figured but where are we going to go to get them?"

"The mall..."

"But isn't that where Riley and Maya went?"

"Yeah..." I breathe out.

"You didn't really think this through, huh?"

"Nope but now it's time to improvise. Search another mall that has the same store on your phone while I go get the car."

"Okay."

I run to my car and turn it on. I drive out of the parking lot and pick up Farkle, hoping he found another mall close enough to make the order.

"Alright Lucas, the only other location that has that store is 2 hours from here."

"What time is it?"

"11:08 am."

"Text Maya to stall Riley until 5. If Riley asks, tell Maya to tell to take care of it."

In a few seconds, Farkle tells me he sent the text and has put in the address of the mall on his GPS. I rev the engine and we drive off to get what I need to make my life complete.
