I squinted my eyes open to find everything mostly white. I find myself laying on a couch with my head propped up on a pillow. "Harry. . ." is all i can muster to say until my head flops back down on the pillow. Upon opening my eyes a little wider as they get used to the light, I find that Harry has moved to kneel right in front of me. His green eyes look at me with hope as well as worry. "Harry. . . Is that true?" I ask, fighting to keep my eyes open. He nods, staring at me. "Prove it," I mutter, grinning. Harry is taken off guard at first and everyone in the room has been silently watching, waiting for it to finally happen. "Kiss me, you idiot," I mumble as I grab his T-shirt and pull him into a kiss that lasts until George whistles and Fred says "Hey, hey, hey!" and Mrs. Weasley lets out an 'dohh! so cute!' and Ron and Hermoine burst out laughing, and everyone else who knows us starts to cheer. We pull away, beaming, and I look up to see everyone either awwing or touched.

I look above me to see Ron and Hermoine trying their best to hold back laughter. "Yes! Finally! You two should have done that years ago!" Ron said, laughing so hard that he was curling into a ball.

Hermoine cheered and giggled with Ginny, who was also laughing and celebrating. "Eva, I told you months ago that he fancied you!" Hermoine said, beaming. I laughed along with them, the moment was too great not to cherish.

When everything resumed to normal, and I gained a better sense of self-awareness, I looked to the other couch to see George, one of the twins, with a bloody ear. "George! What happened to you," I asked him, worried, as I saw dried blood streaked down his ear.

Before answering, he marveled: "Wait, you can tell the difference between us?"

"No, I just guessed," I admitted, chuckling.

"I dunno, ask mum," he said, weary-eyed.

"Have you lost an ear?" I said, shocked.

"Eh," he waved, "only a bit. . . not nearly as bad as losing a leg, though," he said, nodding toward my lower body.

"huh," I said, clueless, until I horrifically looked down at my legs in realization. I gasped. I had a blanket over me but there were two long lumps connected to my body-- I had both legs. Ron was laughing so hard that he was crying, and Harry, who had been watching my facial expression, burst into sudden laughter and face-planted his head into the couch to muffle it.

Mrs. Weasley came stomping into the kitchen. "George!" she harshly said his name. She couldn't be mad because he was hurt, though.

"Just joking, mum. . ." he said, trying to stifle his faint giggles. Even I started to laugh, the Weasley twins were just outright hilarious, however, in all seriousness, I had no idea how badly I got hurt.

"Mrs. Weasley. . . When I um, fell. . . How much breakage was there?" I asked hesitantly and Harry and Ron stopped laughing to listen in.

"Oh, deary well when you fell, you were unconscious so the ones that were swelling were the ones that I cast. . ." her voice trailed off as she looked towards the blanket over me. She looked afraid to see my face when she pulled it off of me slowly. Everyone in the room was staring at me, and I was afraid it was because they knew that I wasn't going to be happy once I saw. My legs were propped up on pillows. My left calf had a cast as well as my left foot. My right leg had a cast on my ankle. My left wrist, which had also been covered by the blanket, was bandaged. "You broke quite a few in your left foot. . . Luckily, we have just enough medicine to heal you up in time for the wedding in two days. . ." Mrs Weasley looked sad as she saw my face and she laid the soft blanket on me again. Tears began to fill my eyes and my lip began to quiver again. "Hey," Harry whispered as he turned my head away and brought it to his chest, blocking my crying from everyone because he knew I found it embarrassing to cry in front of people. My head leaned against his chest at the edge of the couch, the tip of my nose resting just below his heart as I silently wept. He cradled my head with his left arm.
