Thinking of how happy you are
& your laughs with your friends
or talking about the cute little things
or like when you swam
or had your first tan,
it's so beautiful the way
I think you're feeling
the sun and the water
the sounds of fun in your own summer
the songs you're fond of.
and yeah you see
I'm not under water but I'm
looking in the ocean from the above
to see you,
everything making a beautiful sense.
My dreams of us woke me up
to save myself from reality nightmares,
from feeling ashamed and
protected from people's glares.
from falling on life stairs.
All my days I've been
working for money,
to go ahead for the
place where I find my honey,
the honey to my bee,
& I confess
I won't get enough of you,
even if I get chubby.
You're so sweet that I could die,
from here to heaven it feels like I'mma fly.
Bring us together
even if it's hard to try,
bring us together even if it's
hard to cry,
bring us together
even when we first met you
remember we were embarrassedly shy,
and now you think,
" aw, it's okay it's fine. "
Hush me in the middle of the night,
kiss me on my neck as you
hold my arms so tight.
just don't tell no one,
all you need is to keep your hands on,
where you think it must be so fun,
and get that work all done.
