"Ok video's uploading let's go downstairs," I said, pushing the laptop to the side. I looked at Mitch and Kirstie and saw Kirstie sleeping again with her head on Mitch's shoulder. Mitch was also sleeping with his head on Kirstie's head. Mitch had his arms protectively around Kirstie while she was cuddled up into his side.
"I don't look at you two for 10 minutes and you fall asleep," I scoffed with a smile. I got up and stood in front of them. I started clapping my hands loudly.
"Rise and shine sleepy heads!" I yelled. Mitch jolted up, accidentally hitting Kirstie slightly, making her yell in pain. Whoops, I thought.
"Sh🍓t! Are you ok?" Mitch asked Kirstie.
"I'm fine. Just not the wake up call I was hoping for," Kirstie said. Mitch shot a glare at me but I shook it off. Mitch had gotten really protective over Kirstie. I knew it was just because he was being cautious. The least I could do was take the blame so it could slide off all of our other problems.
"Video's uploading. You two want to come downstairs with me?" I asked. Mitch nodded with a smile.
"You wanna go?" Mitch asked Kirstie. Kirstie looked at Mitch smiled.
"Only if you come with me," she replied.
"Trust me I'm not going anywhere without you by my side," Mitch said.
"That's sweet," Kirstie said.
"Not as sweet you Kitty," Mitch said. They put they're foreheads together. They're doing that thing where they forget people are right in front of them aren't they? I asked myself. They started kissing VERY passionately. Yep, I thought, they definitely are. Before they could get any further, I cleared my throat loudly. The pulled away and looked at me, blushing and embarrassed.
"Let's go. Unless you two want to stay here and...do that," I said, eyeing them.
"We'll be down in 5 minutes," Mitch said quickly.
"Mi-" Kirstie started but she was cut off by Mitch kissing her roughly. I widened my eyes, shook my head, and walked out the room. Then as I walked downstairs I smiled to myself.
"Classic Mirstie," I said under my breath and another smile.
"Hey Scott," Kevin greeted.
"Hey Kev," I replied.
"Where's Mirstie?" Avi asked.
"Uhh..." I replied.
"Uhh what?" Samantha asked.
"Is something wrong?" Meredith said. The two friends looked up from the current scribble fest they were doing with Kirstin to look at me. Kevin and Avi also looked at me. Kirstin eventually ended up looking at me as well. They were staring for a long time.
"No there's nothing wrong...they're uhh..." I stammered. There was a racket of noise that indicated 'Mirstie' coming downstairs. They both stumbled downstairs, giggling like crazy. They saw us all looking at them and Kirstie straightened her shirt while Mitch ran a hand through his messed up hair.
"Why don't you ask them?" I said with a nervous and weak laugh.
"What were you two up to?" Kevin asked Mitch and Kirstie. Mitch looked at Kirstie first, then me, then at Samantha, Meredith, and Kirstin.
"We were...We'll tell you later," Mitch said quickly.
"Later," Kirstie mumbled. Then she looked up at Mitch and cheekily smiled. Kirstin got up and hugged Kirstie's leg tightly. Everyone smiled at that action.
"Hey Sweetie," Kirstie said.
"Can I call you mom?" Kirstin asked. All our eyes widened with surprise and happiness. Kirstie was the first to snap out of it.
"Whatever you want to call me I'll be fine with Sweetie," Kirstie said with a smile. Kirstin smiled and went around around the room giving us all names.
"You're mom," Kirstin said to Kirstie.
"You're dad," Kirstin said, turning to Mitch. Mitch and Kirstie smiled at each other and quickly kissed. Kirstin ran to me and I picked her up and lifted her off the ground. She giggled and laughed.
"You're Uncle Scott," Kirstin said.
"Why thank you," I said.
"You're welcome," Kirstin replied cheerfully. God she reminds me so much of the child side of Kirstie, I thought. I smiled and put her down. Kirstin went to Avi and Kevin next.
"You're Uncle Kevin," Kirstin said pointing at Kevin.
"You're Uncle Avi," Kirstin said patting Avi's knee.
"And they're my big sisters," Kirstin said looking at Kirstie and Mitch and pointing at Samantha and Meredith. The two friends high fived.
"I'm glad you're fitting in so quickly," Kirstie said with a really big smile.
"Thank goodness you adjusted so quick too," Mitch said with an additional smile.
"Now you two are like parents," I said. They looked at me.
"Really?" Mitch asked. I nodded my head.
"I guess we are," Kirstie said. She rested her head on Mitch's shoulder.
"I'll go check on the video," I said after a while.
"Ok," Avi said.
"Good luck," Kevin said. Before walking up the stairs I stood behind Mitch and Kirstie to whisper in both their ears.
"If you two are parents now it means you had sex," I said under my breath. I saw Kirstie's eyes widen and Mitch shot me a glare. I laughed quietly and evilly. Yeah they're totally gonna do it at some point, I thought with a smirk.MmHmm...ooooooooookayyyyy...Sorry it sucks! Sorry it's late! My school just started! Peace Out Peeps!
