Warning: This is full of #Mirstie...idk how that's a bad thing😂😂😂
I slowly started to open my eyes. At first I was confused why I was in a sleeping bag on the ground. Then I remembered yesterday. I smiled at the thought that Kirstie was now my girlfriend. I looked over at Scott and smiled again. He was still sleeping and I had to admit it was cute.
I slowly got up without making any noise. I didn't want to wake anyone up...yet. I sat up straighter to peek at Kirstie and saw her peacefully sleeping. The thin blanket on her slowly rising and falling every time she took a steady breath. I looked over at the clock which said 7:50. I stood up walked to the side of Kirstie's bed.
"Kirstie," I whispered. I put my hand on her shoulder and gently shook her. She groaned and rubbed her eyes.
"Ugh. What's happening?" Kirstie asked.
"Just wanted to wake you up," I said. She looked up at me with a confused look on her face.
"Why?" Kirstie asked.
"I wanted to cuddle with you," I said. She immediately smiled and scooted over for a place for me to lay down. I gladly took it. Kirstie snuggled up against me and I held onto her tightly.
"You're so warm," Kirstie said after a while. She wrapped her arms around me and I did the same to her.
"I can move away if it bothers you," I said.
"No," Kirstie said immediately.
"Really?" I asked.
"Don't move. It's...comforting," she said. Kirstie sighed and I kissed the top of her head. She moved her head so she was looking up at me. I just stared into her eyes.
"I love you Kirstie," I said.
"I love you too Mitch," she answered back.
"How much do you love me?" Kirstie asked.
"I love you so much," I said.
"I love you more," she said.
"I love you the most," I replied.
"That's not possible," she said with a giggle. I kissed her and she hugged me tighter. We both closed our eyes and she kissed back.
"I think it is," I said after we broke the kiss.
"Queen," Kirstie teased.
"Princess," I teased back. She did her famous side smirk and I just smiled back.(I'm going to Boardwalk...just thought I'd say that😂)
"Ooh," a voice said. Me and Kirstie both sat straight up automatically, still hugging.
"Hey no worries. It's just me," Scott said. Kirstie giggled and squeezed me even tighter. It was kind of too much.
"Kirstie. Too tight," I said.
"Oh! Sorry," she replied. She let go of me and instead snuggled up against me and rested her head on my shoulder.
"It's ok," I said.
"Hey Kirst don't hurt my friend," Scott said.
"He's my boyfriend," Kirstie said with a diva face.
"He's my childhood friend," Scott said.
"Well I'm the one who knew him the longest," Kirstie argued.
"Oh yeah well," Scott said starting to raise his voice, "maybe you should just deal with the fact that sometimes you don't win every conversation you come across!" Scott finished off. Oh god. Here comes Schizoid Scott, I thought.
"Maybe you should just shut-!" Scott yelled.
"Ok Scott enough! She didn't do anything," I said with a firm but gentle tone.
"Ugh fine. I'm going to the bathroom," Scott said with a raging face. He got up and staggered toward the door. After he closed it Kirstie looked at me. There were small tears in her eyes.
"What was that? Scott's never yelled at me like that before," she said with a small voice. I kissed her forehead and wiped the tears out of her eyes.
"Oh Sugarplum. It's not your fault. I promise. I just forgot to mention Scott tends to get grumpy in the morning if he over works himself, is stressed out, hungry, tired, and someone doesn't listen to him or doesn't get him what he wants," I said softly. I stroked her hair gently and she nodded.
"Ok," Kirstie said.
"I never got to say good morning," I said.
"Then say it," Kirstie said with a smile.
"Good Morning Kirstie," I said.
"Good Morning Mitch," she said back. She wrapped her arms around me but she didn't squeeze too hard. She just hugged me. I hugged her back.
"Mirstie huh?" I asked.
"Yep. And I'm really glad," Kirstie answered.
"Me too," I said.
"We have to get ready," Kirstie said after a while.
"I think I'll take a shower before breakfast," I said.
"Good call. You really stink," she said with a smirk.
"Ha ha very funny," I said but I couldn't help but smile.
"There's a shower in the bathroom connecting my room and the guest room. It's right there," Kirstie said with a yawn while stretching and pointing at a door next to the closet.
"Wait why didn't Scott go there?" I asked. Kirstie just shrugged.
"No one really knows it's there. Sometimes I forget," she explained.
"Well thank you for showing me where it was," I said.
"Anything for you...to take a bath," Kirstie said.
"Har Har Har. I'm laughing so hard," I said sarcastically.
"Just go," she said while giggling.
"K," I said. I smiled one last time at her and she smiled back. My girlfriend. She was my girlfriend. And, if it got to that point, I would protect her with my life, I thought.So...hi? Sorry if it sucks! Sorry if you don't like it! Peace Out Peeps!
