The Child on the Streets(UNDER MAJOR EDITING!!!!)

Symptoms(Narrator)

Time skip: a couple days later

"Hey guys come in!" Mitch said excitedly.

Scott, Avi, and Kevin stepped into the tour bus.

"Thanks Mitch," Kevin said.

"How were the city sights?" Mitch asked.

"Good," Avi said, plopping down on the couch with the others.

"Wish you and Kirstie could've came with us," Scott said.

"Yeah but you she's sick and all plus-" Mitch started.

"Mitchie!" Kirstie's voice rang out through the bus.

"Coming, Kitty!" Mitch answered quickly.

"I'll be right back," Mitch said.

"Hope she's ok," Kevin said.

"I wonder if it's just a coincidence she got sick right before our second leg of tour," Avi said.

"She can pull through. She's Kirstie," Scott said.

Mitch ran to the bathroom and found Kirstie hunched over a toilet, throwing up.

Mitch widened his eyes and immediately went to her side.

He rubbed circles into her back while she tried to calm down.

"I feel terrible," Kirstie whined into his chest.

"Hey it's ok. I got you Kirstie. You'll be ok. Maybe we should go to the hospital today," Mitch suggested.

"But we're on tour," Kirstie said, trying to get up.

Mitch helped her stand on her feet.

"Ok well just go to the others then. I'm gonna clean up here so you don't have to worry about a thing," Mitch said.

"You don't have to I-" Kirstie said but she abruptly stopped.

Then without warning she bent over the toilet and threw up again.

Avi, Kevin, and Scott were done waiting and rushed to find the married couple.

"Oh my god Kirstie!" Avi exclaimed.

"Mitch said you were sick but I didn't think this sick!" Scott said loudly.

"How long have you been vomiting for Kit?" Kevin asked.

Everyone looked at him in confusion.

"A couple days," Kirstie breathed out.

"When did it start?" Kevin asked.

"After the party," Mitch said.

"Do you get cramps in your lower stomach often?" Kevin asked.

"This is getting a little personal but yes," Kirstie said.

"Is your period late?" Kevin asked.

"Yes," Mitch answered for Kirstie.

"Wait how do you know?" Scott asked.

"I'm her god damn husband I can tell when she's on her period," Mitch said.

"Wow," Avi simply said.

"At the party did you two happen to have unprotected...uhh...," Kevin trailed his voice off.

"Well umm I kinda smacked the condom out of Mitch's hand," Kirstie blushed.

"Wait Kevin are you saying Kirstie's...," Mitch didn't finish his sentence.

He just comforted his wife as he let her snuggle up against him.
