Michael quickly pulled you into a hug, his fingers entangling in your hair, his other arm around your waist.
"Say something" he whispered.
"Don't leave" you cried, holding him tighter. Michael slid down the wall, with you ending up in his lap.
"Please don't leave" you begged.
"I don't have a choice" he mumbled. You let out a sob, digging your head into his chest.
"I'll be back" he whispered, lightly kissing your forehead "I promise I'll be back"
Michael kept running his fingers through your hair until you were almost asleep. He glanced at the clock seeing he had to leave early tomorrow morning and it was close to midnight. But when he looked down at you, he realized being here with you was more important.
"I'll come back" he whispered one more time before picking you up. More tears welled in his eyes realizing this would be the last time he would see you for 4 months. Once he made it to your room, he laid you down and kissed your cheek.
"I'll miss you so much but I promise I'm gonna come home" He sighed and left the room to go home. When Michael left, you continued to cry. It would be so long before you saw him again. Michael kept his hand on the door knob. He wanted nothing more than to run back to you but he knew he couldn't. If he held you again he wouldn't be able to let go. Before he knew what he was doing, he opened the door again. Michael ran in falling to his knees, cupping your face, and kissing you.
"I love you" he muttered "I love you y/n"
That was the first time he had ever said it and you didn't know how to react. You had been wanting to say that to Michael for a long time but you felt too scared to.
"Y/n?" Michael panted searching your eyes, "I love you"
He scrambled up next to you on the bed and hovered above you, supporting himself on his arms. He leaned down and kissed you, bringing his hand up to your cheek.
"I love you" he whispered, his thumb brushing across your cheek.
"I love you too" you finally said. He let out a breath and smiled widely.
"I had to tell you that before I left" he whispered to you.
"I've been wanting to say it for so long. I just always got too scared to but I do love you" you smiled, pecking his lips again. He fell down on you wrapping his arms under your back.
"I love you" he smiled into your neck.
"I love you too" you replied, playing with his hair.
"Can you stay here tonight?" You asked quietly. He propped himself up on his arms again to look in your eyes. He licked his lips and nodded.
"Yeah" he voice came out raspy "Give me your phone"
"Why?" You questioned.
"I've got to set an alarm" he laughed. You cracked a smile and reached under your pillow and gave it to him. He leaned down on his elbows. His chest pressed against yours and typed something into your phone.
"Done" he muttered, putting your phone back.
"I don't want to go tomorrow" he groaned into the crook of your neck.
"Always remember I love you" you told him.
"I will" he smiled, wrapping his arms around you again, "I love you baby girl and I wish I could tell you that every second of every day" he sighed.
"You'll have fun on tour. I'm proud of you for getting to live your dream"
You realized he had already fallen asleep. You smiled kissing his forehead and running your fingers through his hair.
