When you walked into school without Michael by your side and tears streaming down your face, people knew something was wrong. It was almost impossible to separate you and Michael. A few people came up and tried to talk to you but you didn't respond. You just wanted to be left alone. So you sat through your classes alone. The teachers didn't ask where Michael was and it was almost like he was never even there. After school though, you went and visited his grave. It had been a week since he died in the car accident and you weren't handling it well. You were lost without him and knowing you couldn't bring him back broke your heart.
"Hey Mikey" you whispered, brushing your fingers over the engraving of his name.
"I miss you a lot" you said. You placed the flowers down over his grave while you continued to speak, "It's almost like everyone forgot about you but I never will. I love you so much" After staring at his name for a while, you broke down crying.
"Michael please come back" you cried, "I can't live without you"
"Y/n I'm right here babe" you heard his soft voice say. Suddenly you weren't in a grave yard anymore. Instead you were in the dark room of a hospital with Michaels bruised hands gently going through your hair. Michael was kneeling by the chair you had fallen asleep on. He was in pain from it but he wanted to wake you up since you were repeatedly calling for him.
"Baby I'm right here" he whispered, softly kissing you to calm you down. You were still breathing heavily and had tears in your eyes when he pulled away.
"I thought-"
"No I'm right here" he cut you off, "And I always will be"
He slowly pushed himself off the floor, wincing in pain.
"Let me help you" you quickly said, reaching for his hands.
"Thanks" he took in a shaky breath as he laid back in the hospital bed. After Michael laid down he reached out and grabbed your waist, forcing you down on his chest.
"I'm not hurting you right?" You asked.
He gave you a small smile, "No you're fine babe"
He tightened his grip around you, reassuring you that you weren't hurting him.
"Baby you need to go back to sleep" he whispered into your hair.
"You'll still be here?" You questioned.
"I'll still here be" he nodded. He pressed a kiss to the top of your head before you fell asleep in his arms.

I'm sorry it's taking so long to write. I have a lot of school work but thank you to everyone who still reads and votes. It means a lot.
