Eigthteen

me and jack were currently driving back to his house.

while jack was blaring the radio, I sat in the passengers seat scrolling through Twitter.

as I kept scrolling through a bunch of random tweets, one specifically caught my eye.

it was a picture of me and Hayes earlier at the beach. someone took a picture of us kissing and now everyone on Twitter is talking ab it.

"shit" I screamed.

"what what happened?" jack asked as we were pulling into his driveway.

"earlier today when I was at the beach with Hayes, we kissed. and I guess some fan took a pic of it and they leaked it and now everyone is tweeting about it. what if cameron sees?" I ask in a panic.

"holy shit you guys kissed?" jack asked.

"I mean it's not the first time." I mumbled.

"awww you guys are adorable" jack said which made me blush.

"but cameron is gonna kill me" I whined.

"well the picture is taken from the back so how are people supposed to know its you guys?" jack made a good point.

"you're a fucking genius!" I clapped.

"Ya I know. but I've gotta go. jj should be inside. I'll see you later" he said as he let me out inside the garage.

"oh well okay umm I'll just talk to jj" I said and walked inside.

"JACK!!!" I screamed waiting for his response.

I heard someone run down the steps.

"what? what happened?" he asked while trying to catch his breath.

"oh nothing I just didn't know where you were" I laughed.

"fuck you" he said as he started walking to the kitchen.

"so why am I here again?" I asked.

"cam and Nash are at their little photo shoot thing to meeting or whatever the fuck they're doing today and they need someone to take care of you so that's what I'm here for because jack snuck off to his girlfriends house." jack said as he got cookies out of the pantry.

"hold up. jack g had a girlfriend? since when?" I asked.

"well no one knows about it. that's why he's been sneaking off. her name is Madison. she's really nice. I just miss my best friend." he frowned.

"aww jack it's okay you have me." I said in a jokingly way.

"you're funny. do you want a cookie?" he asked.

I nodded my head and ate the cookie.

"so you and Hayes huh?" he asked.

"what the fuck how do you know about us?" I asked.

"the picture is all over Twitter. it's obvious that it's you guys." he chuckled.

"but the picture is taken from the back. you don't think cameron will notice right?" I panicked.

"obviously he will notice but don't worry I've got your back up. I'll say it was a dare and I made you do it or something." jack said.

"thanks man you're best" I said while giving him a hug.

"I know." he responded which made me laugh.

"I'm going to take a nap" I said as I ran up to the loft and collapsed on one of the couches.

I woke to the sounds of people's voices.

I got off of the couch and walked half way down the steps so I could listen to the conversation.

"okay then if you had her all day then explain this picture" it was cameron. fuck he saw the picture.

"that's not her. I went over to your house and brought her over here when she woke up. and even if it was her why would you care so much? it's her life she can do what she wants." jack j said.

"are you really going to ask me why I care? her dad is more than likely not coming home and who's going to take care of her then? me. that's why I care because I'm trying to watch her for her and not let her make the mistakes we made and let her get hurt okay?" what was he talking about. my dad is going to come home. he promised.

before jack g could say anything I spoke up.

"cameron what are you talking about?" I asked.

"Kylie look me and you are going to talk later but right now this is between me and the jacks. just go talk to Madison or something." he said pointing to the beautiful brunette sitting in a chair watching everything go on.

"no. I want to know what you're talking about" I said a little more serious.

"cam just tell her" jack g spoke.

"I will later. but right now I need to finish what I started with you guys." cameron said.

"cameron that wasn't me in the picture and if it was it shouldn't matter because I'm allowed to kiss and date whoever I want because I'm almost 16. but that isn't me in the picture. me and Hayes are bestfriends. that might be Audrey or something because as soon as I woke up I came over here. I haven't even been to the beach today." I lied.

"okay then. I'm sorry for accusing you guys and getting upset" cameron apologized to the jacks.

"I'm gonna sleep over here tonight though if that's okay" I said. cameron just nodded his head and grabbed his keys then he left.

"I feel bad for lying" I told them.

"don't worry about t right now. but me and jack have to hit the studio so i guess you and Madison can go and do whatever the fuck you want" jj laughed.
