Small golden eyes opened. She knew how to swim, but was in a panic. The water around her teased her; disorientating her sense of direction. Which way was up? She could feel her consciousness slipping. Her eyes shut. But she could feel strong arms wrap around her. She knew who this was. It was her father.

Judar was long gone by the time Sinbad pulled the barely conscious girl to shore. He lay Ada on her side as she started to cough up water. Ja'far and Aladdin gathered around her, concerned. The girl took uneven breaths as she sat up.

Tears started to build up in her eyes. She was so scared! The tears fell and Ada started to cry.

"I'm sorry!" She sobbed out, balling her hands into fists and struggling to wipe the tears the were falling. "I'm sorry ran away! I'm sorry I went with that man! I'm sorry!" She cried harder. Sinbad silently wrapped her in his arms and pulled her towards him. Ada looked up at him.

"I'm sorry, Ada...I love you." He pulled away from her and held her shoulders. Sinbad looked her in the eye, with a serious expression. "Don't ever do something like that again." Sinbad told her sternly. Ada nodded.

"Yes, daddy.. " she looked down, the tears starting to slow. Sinbad picked her up as he stood. Ja'far and Aladdin followed soon after. Ada burried her face into her father's chest and clung tightly to his drenched cloths.

"Daddy...?" She mumbled. The king just 'hmm'ed in reply. "I love you too." She cast her eyes downward. The older man just hugged her a little tighter. Her grip on him loosened as she fell asleep.

Once at the palace, Aladdin went to his own room and Ja'far went with Sinbad to take Ada to her's.

Sinbad gently closed the door after tucking her in.

"Geeze...what a long day..." Sinbad mumbled, giving a sigh. He looked at Ja'far, who looked ready to kill.

"Just because she forgives you...does NOT mean you're off the hook." Ja'far's expression became more sinister the longer Sinbad looked. The king could feel cold sweat forming on his palms and neck. His best option would be to run, but his wet cloths would weigh him down.

Ja'far turned on his heel and walked towards his room. An evil smirk formed on his face. The best punishment for his king, would be to never punish him at all. But instead to let the man terrorize himself over what Ja'far MIGHT do to him in the next few days.

That night, Sinbad couldn't sleep. What did Ja'far have in store for him? Would it be tonorrow? Would the assassin do something while he was sleeping? Would he make him finish his work!?
