Ashleys POV
The four of us chatted about anything and everything for a full half an hour. The doorbell suddenly rang through the house and I stand up to open the door. I know exactly who it is. I jog down the wooden steps and run to the door. Jack and Conor appear in front of me.

"ASHLEY" they cheer together before engulfing me in a big hug. I laugh and remove my self from the huddle after a long five minutes of it.

"How are you guys?" I ask with a smile etched across my face.

"Good thanks. Sorry we didn't say goodbye this morning when we left, you guys must have got up pretty early" Conor says strolling in to the house and moving past me. Jack smiles at me as I remember that Jack stayed in my bed.

"Yeah it's been a long day"

I close the door after Jack as he hauls the boxes of pizza in. They greet everyone and take a seat next to Josh, placing the pizza boxes on the glass table.

The delicious aroma from the large array of flavoured pizzas invade my nostrils and I can't control my self. Sprinting over, I nearly trip over Jim's leg but I make it to the food. Cardboard boxes are layed across the table and everyone begins to dig in, sticking their hands in the preferred box to grab a slice. I take a seat next to Conor and Jack as they stuff their faces with pepperoni pizza.

Apart from the odd few mumbling about how good it tastes, no one talks. The hairs on the back of my neck prickle up as they always do whenever I feel watched so I gradually stop munching on my food and look up. My head is ducked down a little to make sure I don't make a mess. I gaze through the strands of hair that cover my face.

Joe is staring at me with a smirk. This seems to be happening a lot recently.

"What? It's good!" I protest as the pizza slice lazily bends over the palm of my hand.

"I didn't say anything" Joe chuckles and he continues eating; a smirk still etched onto his face.

We finally finish and Troye offers to throw everything away. Jenn helps while I sit back in the couch. Marcus turns on the tv and Hit the road begins to play on the screen. Everyone turns to me as Caspar begins to get excited.

"It's a good film!" I sheepishly say as I go bright red. Damn it. I forgot to take the disc outbid the DVD player.

"Aw, Ashley don't be embarrassed, it's good that your supporting your boyfriend" Jim joked.

I shake my head disapprovingly and Jim gets the hint but can't help him self and bursts out in fits of laughter.

I catch a glimpse of Joe's shy smile in the corner of my eye and my cheeks flush.

"Hey you guys! Why don't we play spin the bottle? I'm not really in the mood for a movie plus, we haven't done anything stupid yet" Marcus practically shouts as he opens the kitchen cupboard and grabs a bottle of vodka.

Although he's big in to parties, he's not usually like this. Especially after a day like today. He got hurt, so why would he feel the need to play a drinking game at 7pm.

"Maybe later Marcus, let's just watch a movie I'm feeling a little tired" I complain and rest my head on jacks shoulder to support myself.

"Can I talk to you Ashley? In private" Marcus asks wearily putting the bottle on the kitchen counter top.

My eyes sceptically search for any answer as to why he's acting strange in his body language. Although he has two bruises on his right arm and a cut on his collar bone, no other injuries are visible. The guilt is still eating me up inside though.
