Chapter 27

Ashleys POV
As we walked through the double set of doors we were swarmed by fans. They screamed all of our names.
The security guards couldn't stop them and I was pushed and shoved in all directions. Joe lost his grip on my waist and I lost him in the crowd.

I decided that the safest option was to follow the light and head out the main doors but fans kept pushing me and shoving phones in my face. I took the occasional picture but it was proving hard in such a confined space. My breathing became heavy and I felt dizzy.

"Hey are you and Cameron going out again? I saw you together on kians snapchat last night. You guys are such a cute couple" I heard a fan say to me but I chose to ignore her.

"Yeah I don't really ship Ashley and Joe" another replied. Were they forgetting that I was right next to them? I politely shoved my way through as I noticed the top of Oli's head. He was also swarmed by fans.

"Oli!" I said loudly.
His head turned to me and he now has a relieved expression on his face.

"Ash!" He pushed his way through and grabbed my hand. We headed for the escalator and the security guards finally got us into a quite room.

"Thank god I found you Oli, I could have fainted right there" I said relieved.
We sat on a purple sofa in a room filled with a few other youtubers.

"I'm always here for you, the security should have worked harder to control the crowd though" he smiled lightly.

We say there in silence looking into each others eyes for a moment. Then Joe slipped into my mind. I haven't seen him since the Commotion downstairs.

I broke eye contact and got up.
"I'll get some water, do you want anything?"
I asked.

"Oh um just some water please is fine" he smiled back and took out his phone as I walked away.

I poured out two plastic cups of water and grabbed two breakfast bars. It's been a long time since I last ate. Just as I was about to walk back a young man walked up to me.

I recognised him as sawyer, he's always in Joes vlogs but I've never met him in person before.

"Hey Ashley right? The boys are always talking about you, I swear they're all in love with you, I wouldn't be surprised if they started fighting over you" sawyer laughed.

"Sawyer Hartman" he said simply and held his hand out. I shook it.

"It's nice to meet you" I gleam at him.

"Hey do you and the boys want to come to our hotel room tonight around 8? Just to hang out, it'll be fun" he asked.

"Yeah sure, I'll see what they say, I'd love to come. 8 for sure" I said.

"8 for sure" he laughed back. "See ya Ashley" he waves goodbye and I picked up the cups and breakfast bars and made my way over to Oli. I sat next to him and handed Oli the cup of water.

"Thanks Ash" he said before taking a sip of water.

"I got you this as well, to keep you going" I gave him the bar.

"Awh thanks, I am pretty hungry".
Oli munched into the chocolate covered bar.

"So sawyer invited us around to his hotel room about 8. What do you think?"

"Yeah that sounds good, I need some time just to let go" he said distracted by the food.

"Ok I'll let Joe, Caspar and josh know then. Hey do you know what time Conor and Jack are arriving? I can't wait to see them again, it's been a while" I said reflecting on the last time I'd seen the Maynard brothers.
