{Chapter 28}

•Ashley's POV•

*4:30 AM*

Suddenly I was awake, sitting upright in the bed. I heard something. I'm positive that I heard something.

It's probably just Derek... Or not.

I kept myself from screaming, and tried not to make a sound so that I can hear what was going on.

There is something, someone outside of the room. No one is supposed to be home, but Isabella and I. We were alone, I'm sure of that.

The handle of the door moved, and the door opened. The moment I saw Derek coming through the door, I breathed in relief, but angry at the same time. I threw my pillow at his head.

"Can't you just call when you're coming home? You scared me to death, you idiot!" He caught the pillow neatly, and walked toward the bed. He sat down at the edge of the bed next to me and handed me the pillow. "What's wrong Derek?"
He looked up at me, tears in his eyes.

He's drunk I smell it all over him, but still doesn't explain why he's so upset.

"It should've never happened!" He stated.
What the hell is he talking about. What did he do?

"What Should've never happened?" I asked when I realized he wasn't going to continue.

"I-I should've never done it. I never meant to do that to you, but you did sleep with Stiles" he said with tears in his eyes. "You betrayed me Ashley so yes, I did sleep with Nicole"

I stood in complete shock... He slept with my Bestfriend.

"Der-" I started but he cut me off.

"I'm drunk and you weren't but, I'm honestly not in a fighting mood right now and we should just leave this in the past" he said softly.

I didn't know what to say so I just nodded softly and laid back down. He took a quick shower and got dressed for bed.

As soon as he laid down he wrapped his arms around my waist. He'd hold me as close as possible, wanting me to feel protected and loved. He held me hand the whole time, neither one of us wanting to let go.

"I love you Ashley... No matter what" Derek stated "I didn't believe in love at first sight until I meet you"

"I love you too Derek"

•Sierra's POV•

*Thursday afternoon*

"Psst..." Closing my eyes, I try and ignore the tapping on my shoulder.

"Sierra... Hey... Sierra.." It was a little bit louder this time and I turned around to see Liam looking at me with large blue eyes. Pursing my lips together, I turn back to look at the board.

I'd never been great at Trigonometry and Liam was being the biggest distraction humanly possible, which makes it worse.

Those little taps, touches and soft whispers continued through the whole class. I wanted to slam him against the wall and either break his face or kiss the hell out of it.

Finally the bell rang notifying us it was the end of class.

"We are still going to study in the library for our free period right?" Liam asked and I nodded.
