{Chapter 18}

I sat there shocked for a moment as tears continued to stream down my cheeks.

"Yes" I answered "Yes...Yes.. A million times Yes!!" I continued and he put the ring onto my finger.

"I love you so much Ashley" Derek said as he got up pecked my lips and hugged me tight.

"I love you too" I replied hugging him tightly "but what are we going to do?"

"What do you mean?" He asked confused pulling away from the hug slowly.

"About the baby? My mother is going to kill me and-" I tried to continue but he cut me off.

"Listen we'll get through this together no matter what I'm going to be here. Especially since I'm going to be a father now" he answered.

"I don't know what I would do without you" I said sweetly.

"I love you Ashley Jacobson" Derek replied tenderly.

"I love you too Derek Hale" I said then he leaned in and pecked my lips.

This moment was perfect with fireworks and everything. I could see my future with Derek. Having a child and being the best parents we could be.

-Morning-

I woke up the next morning feeling at peace next to Derek. I lay back against my pillow with a contented smile plastered across my face as I looked at my engagement ring. It was beautiful. I loved everything about the ring, especially the black diamond, it's lovely.

I can't believe we're engaged.

Derek lay, fast asleep and snoring slightly beside me. He has one arm around my waist and the other thrown out over the edge of the bed.

Derek snuck into my room through my window once I entered my house last night. The reason why is so my mother wouldn't complain if I asked to stay the night at Derek's so he just came to my house and I couldn't let her see the ring just yet.

It's 5:56am

I know I have to get up out of bed to go to school, but I rather snuggle against Derek. I rolled over and laid my head on his chest.

"I procrastinate a lot it's nothing new" I thought out loud.

"Mhm... Goodmorning" Derek's raspy sleeping voice sounded in my ear which jerked me out of my thoughts.

"Morning" I scooted up and pressed my lips to his hungrily.

His hand went through my messy hair as I swung one leg over his waist to straddle him. My skin got hotter as we continued to kiss fervently. I finally pulled away and rolled off the bed.

"Hey! Who said I was done?!" Derek protested sitting up quickly and lunging to catch me as a ran screaming and laughing into my walk in closet.

"I have to get ready for school I'm gonna be late..." I trailed off as Derek stalked towards me. He shoved me back lightly against my rows of clothes. His lips attacked mine once more then he pulled away.

"Get ready you have some time" he laughed as he walked back to my bed and laid down.

I grabbed a black thong, black bra, black socks, my light jeans, vans off the wall sweatshirt, and my blue vans then walked into my bathroom.

I put my towel around me to dry my self once I was done. I put on my coca butter lotion and put on my undergarments.
I brushed my teeth then washed my face before I put on the rest of my outfit.
