There's a point in which the barrier you worked so hard on
Breaks and crumbles underneath the pummeling it took for so long
And everything is shattered around you, nothing left but debris of your walls
And you break down with it, you think but I've been so strong?
What happened? Why did it go so wrong?
And you have to realize, it's because you've been strong for so long
And for a while, you have to have a break from it all
So that after your shell cracks, you have strength to push on
And so you can get back up again and rebuild those walls
