We think too much about how we look
About what others think of us
How we'll look in that picture
Our smile, our eyes, our hair
What we wear
The clothing in our closet?
What's that all about?
Why does it matter what we wear on the outside?
The clothes, the hairdo, the makeup?
Is what we look like what defines us?
But we can't stop being so insecure
Because of how the people around us judge us
They judge us for what's on the outside
They judge the clothing, the covering, the outside of our choosing
But why do we care?
