Medicine, medicine
Take your happy pills again
So when they ask you how you've been
You don't have to lie and say you're fine again
Coz when you take your medicine
Everything is swell again
And all your thoughts seem clearer than
Before when you went off of them
But now you have your medicine
And reality seems like it's in reach again
But what you don't realize is
Your happy pills are faker than
That smile you used to put on just for them
And reality is actually hidden
But you'll keep taking your medicine
So you don't have to face the world as it is again
