Lydia and Alec were now in the airport. They have already went to the hotel and took all their stuffs.
They were all ready to fly to Florida.

"No I'm paying for my own ticket you don't have to," Lydia said.

"Listen I'm kinda having a gentleman moment here can't you just go with the flow ?" Alec insisted.

"No. Thank you but I got this," Lydia persisted as she searched for her credit card in her bag.

"Shit !" She cursed under her breath as she slapped her forehear with her palm.

"What ?" Alec asked.

"How can I be so stupid !" Lydia sighed then run her fingers through her ginger hair.

"Yeah I've been wondering the same thing for a more than a month now." Alec mocked. "Can you just tell me what happened ?"

"I accidentally took this damn playong card instead of my credit card". Lydia waved the card in front of Alec avoiding his gaze.

"Well then I guess I'm going to be a gentleman and pay for your ticket as I already said." Alec teased her, grinning.

"Oh god this is so humiliating," She covered her face with her hands. "And for your record i'm not asking for pity. As I said. I got this " Lydia said trying to show as much confidence as possible.

"Oh really ? And what are you going to do ? Seduce the guy until he gives you a free ticket ? That short skirt might actually work !" Alec said sarcastically as he looked down at her.

Lydia thought for a moment then said, "Good idea ! That didn't cross my mind !"

"Oh come on are you serious,"

Lydia gave Alec a -watch me do it- look which made him roll his eyes, he watched her walk towards a guy and getting all flirty.

After what seemed like four minutes, she finally came back disappointed.

"Don't.say.a.word." She said to Alec, passing him.

"Oh Lydia, what happened ? Was the guy too smart to fall for your flirts ?" He mocked.

"Well maybe if you told me that I'm heading towards the guy who takes care of the luggage, I would have probably succeeded. How couldn't I notice ?"

"Okay listen, I'm just going to pay for you, as I already said." Alec said as he handed his credit card to the woman who have been waiting for them to finish their argument since a long while.

"N-" Lydia said and Alec held his finger cutting her off.

"No you listen to me,this took way longer than it should. Now, I'm gonna pay for your damn ticket, and you're gonna thank me like a normal person, and i'm gonna reply like a fucking normal person. Okay ?" He said as Lydia nodded.

"Thank you," She said.

"You're welcome." He replied with an adorable smile.

"But you know I could've paid for myself if I had my credit card,"

"Of course," Alec laughed, she was just so stubborn.

---------

"Nervous ?" She asked out of nowhere when they got on the plane, and after she took a seat next to the window.

"You realize I basically go on a plane almost every 2 days." He replied.

"I'm not talking about the flight, you idiot. I'm talking about what happens after the flight..." She said looking away.
