AUTHOR'S NOTE: This story is currently undergoing some major editing, and a couple of significant changes to its plot. For a reference, all edited chapter have the chapter number at the front of the title, rather than just the title. Please don't be discouraged from reading in the meantime, but if you're in any way confused by the sudden shift in writing quality, then blame it on me. Thankyou for your patience while I reword some of these chapters but I promise that the new version will be much better, and there'll be quite a few changes that will both improve the flow of the story and the plot! My Apologies!

So God created human beings in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. ~Genesis 1:27

****

Our world will soon build up around beliefs. Beliefs that affect our society, our lives. But one word sums it up in each and every one of our heads: God. The sole creator of earth and the 'father' to everyone. He alone was the birth of the human race and the world that evolves day by day around us.

But what happened before earth? One day, people may look into answering that question; did others exist before humans? God is a three letter word, and in time, we might even forget his true form completely. Whether he was real, even, or if he was human just like the rest of us. Well, I'm here to tell you one thing and while it may come as a shock, it's best that the world does not forget who God really was. And he wasn't human. Anything but.

What would you say if I told you that God was just a nickname as such, for a person? A label inputted into the human brain that answered the question of who ruled over them? Would the future of our race benefit from that knowledge? Because for all you know; for all us as a human race knows, this is definitely a possibility. There are no rules the mind has to follow to imagine. So every one of us thinks and defines. People might define our species as the evolution of other creatures, while others simply follow the laws of God. However, if the scientific explanations were true, then where did everything come from in the first place? Where did we come from?

Well, I'm here to tell you.

The truth.

And firstly, I'll say this: you're not going to believe me. But that's okay. Because if you're reading this, it means that I probably died long before you were born. That doesn't matter though. What matters most is what I'm about to tell you. So, to the person reading this, my name is Genesis Adam, and I was one of the first humans to walk the earth. I was not born from the womb of a mother, like most. No, no. I was made. Not by God, but by my ruler, Godpheus Mathews. Don't worry though; he too will be long dead now. I'll make sure that he dies along with the rest of his race.

That might have occurred years ago to your knowledge. Hundreds of years before his brother, Godphrey Mathews rose from the dead and fought back for the rest of our futures. For all I know this letter could lie dormant for eternity, never to be read again. But, I may as well write something. A warning, if you will. Because I just have to say this, before you go about your daily lives once again:

God is a lie. Don't fall for the gibberish he inserted into our minds. I've met him, eye to eye. And he's not who you think he is.

Sincerely,

Genesis Adam 203997
