A Broken Birthday (Dark)

A/n the person who requested this wanted it dark but it won't be as dark as the last time.... Hopefully... It will be kinda personal to me so yeah. Also it's Valentines day cause reasons :p

Forewarning scenes and mentions of self harm, suicide, and depression.

I woke up in my solo dorm and I grabbed my scroll seeing the time. I saw it was 5 in the morning but then I saw the date.

(Y/n): "Oh fuck no its Valentines day... Well maybe my birthday won't be as bad as usual where I'm dealing with my crippling loneliness and depression. Cause unlike those years I had my girlfriend Weiss..." I said getting up throwing on some shorts. Since it was a Sunday usually I wouldnt be awake till 8 but... On this day I always wake up at 5. I opened my door and headed outside taking a walk trying to clear my mind of all my usual superstitious thoughts. I just wandered around trying to figure out if it will happen today again. Every time this day arrived I always hung myself before the rope would snap and I give up. Then there was two years ago...

Flashback 2 years ago

I walked in on my girlfriend fucking my best friend and saw me. But did that stop them? No they kept going as I stormed out going to my house. Since I lived alone I didn't care about people finding my corpse. I grabbed my Fume Ultra greatsword and went to my window throwing it at the ground with the tip pointing towards the sky. Then I jumped thinking I would hit it but was stopped by my girlfriend who apparently came to check on me after coming down from her euphoric high. I told her to let me go and let me kill myself but she refused. And we broke up when I was finally on the ground but what made it worse was she kissed my cheek and said "Happy Birthday and Happy Valentines day..."

Present day

I pushed that memory out of my mind cause I didnt want people knowing of this. They knew I was suicidal at times but they never I did that and how hurt I was. So I finished my walk putting on my long sleeve (f/c) shirt hiding the large amount of scared tissue on my arms. I looked at the time seeing it was 8. I chuckled thinking how much time flies when your distracted. I passed everyone but Weiss walking to the cafeteria they didn't see me even when I said hi. So I shrugged going into their dorm to check up on Weiss till I saw it. There about to start fucking were my girlfriend and Neptune. They saw me and were mortified as I felt the rage exploding inside me as I snapped.

(Y/n): "YOU'VE ALWAYS BEEN A HUGE PIECE OF SHIT!! IF I COULD KILL YOU I WOULD BUT THATS ILLEGAL SO BURN IN HELL!!!!!!" I shouted  grabbing Neptune by his throat slamming him agaisnt the wall. He struggled back giving me a swift right hook to the jaw. I didn't recoil I just slammed him harder tightening my grip on his throat as he kicked as hard as he could landing a gut shot. I gagged letting him go as he dropped to the ground coughing for air until he tackled me against the wall. I growled kicking my foot out sweeping his legs knocking him off balance as I kicked his stomach making him fall back. I immediately got ontop of him and started bashing his face in with my fist.

Weiss: "STOP IT STOP IT YOUR GONNA KILL HIM STOP IT!!!!!" She cried in tears grabbing my fist as I looked at her before realizing what I had done. I broke out of her grip getting off of him then quickly kicking his side as hard as possible walking off. I looked at him his throat was bruised, he had a black eye, broken nose, bruises all over his chest and face, and was coughing up some blood. I looked at my knuckles as they were torn open dripping blood both mine and his. I just left them as everyone ran back to see what had happened. I past them not even offering a glance as I walked past them wanting to be left alone like always. I felt my scroll vibrate as it was a message from Weiss.

Weiss: "Baby come back!"
(Y/n): "Why should I you clearly prefer him over me..."
Weiss: "No he was forcing himself onto me!"
(Y/n): "Then why did you make me stop if he was about to rape you he deserved worse!"
Weiss: "..."
(Y/n): "Exactly you were cheating on me for fucks sake and i had to catch you today of all fucking days."
(Y/n): "Dont bother saying it I'm not gonna listen to your lies happy Valentine's day cheater."
