Alright, apparently I did not make this clear the last time I posted a chapter about this.
Do not give me short responses.
On occasion, I will accept them. Especially if it only happens every now and then. Because that really just means, 'I'm busy and can't type more than that at the current moment.' In cool with that, I am. But if it is all the time, and especially at the start of a roleplay, no. Uh-uh. I won't reply.
If you start a roleplay with something that is two lines or less...I won't reply. My rule for average responses is two lines. If it isn't at least that MOST of the time, I won't reply. But the start of a roleplay? The majority of my scenarios are very long and detailistic, so I expect you guys to honor that and create a response that is up to par.
Now, even if it is a chapter that says for you to create a scenario, I still don't want something short. I would prefer the beginning of a roleplay, one where you make up the scenario or reply to mine, to be at least five lines. That is not much to ask, trust me. Even when I am in school, I can still make a response that is about the size of my screen.
I hope that I have finally made myself clear. I won't name anybody in particular because I think you know who you are.
And anyone that I actually reply to, you're fine. That means your replies are often meeting my expectations. But if I haven't even replied to the start of your roleplay, something is wrong. Fix it, and I'll give you a second chance. I believe in second chances, but not third chances or fourth chances. You get two shots. You screw that up, then it's over. I hate being rude and strict, but that is the one rule that I am hard about.
My book. My rules.
Also, as an addition to this, many many many people put the code that says thy read the rules and then violate this one right off the bat. I can tell if you read them from the start. I'm not stupid or oblivious. I know, so don't try to lie.
