And then the art major continued to paint, not caring about the empty bottles of alcohol covering the edges of the canvas.

She just took her fingers and paint mixed with booze went one way, while her thoughts went another.

Here she was, twenty-two years old and she's not going to graduate on time because she just couldn't pass a stupid class. While all her friends will leave her behind, here she is, struggling.

She went back to alcohol, after trying so hard to save that money for her emergency funds in case she couldn't find a job right after graduating. But what's the point any more?

She avoided talking to anyone, not even able to tell her parents what was happening.

Instead, she kept her phone dead, and her ipod charged, listening to music as loud as she could before someone knocked on the walls.

She was always throwing up now. The alcohol being too much, way too much, and she couldn't bring herself to eat.

Just the thought of food made her sick.

She couldn't smile.

She couldn't do anything but waste her paint and waste her money on alcohol.

Friend tried to help out. Professors took to talking to her after class, if she showed up. And her parents came to visit one day after hearing the news from her older brother.

Everyone knew she was a failure. Everyone knew.

She couldn't take it any more, she could hear them and see them, always pestering her.

She started taking hunger suppressors with her alcohol, to help her hunger even when she didn't want to eat. But she never wanted to eat.

It got to the point that alcohol was the only thing she could hold down.

And then she noticed the headache pills in her cabinet, and she looked at the vodka in her hand. She took a couple of the pills, and a few more swigs of the alcohol.

She turned up her music, and repeated that process until she was so very tired.

And then she passed out on the couch. And her body wasn't found until midnight, when the police were called about the noise disturbance, and her parents, who were still in town, were informed of the occurrence.

They should have known, they should have been there for her, but she didn't let them in, instead, she killed herself.
