Tyler woke up by someone knocking on the door. He yawned and sat up in his bed. "Yes?" He said with a hoarse voice. "Can I come in?" It was his mother."Yeah." He said and leaned against the wall."How'd you sleep?" She closed the door."Good." He lied, he didn't want his mom to feel sorry for him. She had enough to think about."Thats good." She said with a smile."Guess so." He said and looked down. "Uhm, about what you said yesterday." His mom started. Oh god, what did he say yesterday? Did he say something stupid? He didn't remember."About him... doing things to you..." He knew he had to have this conversation."Yeah?" He said and looked down. "I just want you to know that I love you so, so much. And if there is anything that you want me to do just say so." She said and took his hand. "Okay, uhm. Can I stay here for some time?" Tyler looked down. "Of course Tyler, as long as you want." Kelly said. "Thank you." He hugged her. "That Means alot." He mumbled into her shoulder.

Pete: Tyler where the fuck are you?
Pete: Tyler stop playing.
Pete: Where are you and why aren't you answering my texts?
Pete: did I do something?
Pete: Tyler!!!

He didn't want to talk to Pete after what ha had done. After hurting him so many times.

Tyler was going to college in one week. He had taken one year off. He was tired of people calling him a fag or gay and shouting horrible things after him in the hallways. He needed some time to feel better about himself. And so he did. He was 19, had a perfect boyfriend, everything was great. He thougt.

But then a whole other side of pete was becoming clear to Tyler. Tyler was the cuddeling type. He loved it. He was so innocent. He liked kisses and cuddles. But Pete was on the other side of the spectrum...
pete started to get aggressive with Tyler every time Tyler tried to say something against him he started to yell at Tyler, and sometimes he'd Even hitt him. So Tyler got very depressed. He was trapped. Like a flightless bird on a island. He felt like he couldn't leave and if he tried he'd probably get beaten up by Pete.

It was now one week later and the clock was 06.00 am. Tyler was used to get up this early. So he was fully rested. His car was all packed. It was just all the last small things that needed to be done. He packed up his pillow and his Teddybear. He loved his Teddybear. Tyler felt like Teddy was the only one he could talk to that wouldn't judge him.

He said his last goodbye with his parents and looked over at his siblings.
"We're going to miss you." Maddison said and looked at Tyler. She was tearing up. And so did Zack and Jey. "It's gonna be okay, I'm coming home for christmas." He said and smiled to her. "But that's a long time to wait." She ran down the stairs and cried on his shoulder. He was very close to his sister. Ever since he came out to his family his sister became his best friend. If something was bothering her she came to Tyler first. And now he was leaving her. All alone. For four years.
"Be strong, okay?" She whispred in his ear.
"I love you." They said as he closed the car door.
