"Tyler?" Jenna whispred. "Tyler?" She said a little louder. "Hm?" Tyler let out when he streched. "We stopped to get some food and stuff, do you want to join?" Jenna said and smiled to him. "Yeah." Tyler said and they walked in.
Tyler grabbed four doughnuts and two redbulls. He allso grabbed a notebook. "You ready Tyler?" Jenna said and smiled at him."yeah." He said and smiled back.
They began driving and Tyler continued wrighting. He didn't know what to write so he threw most of the ideas away. After some time he fell asleep.
"He almost killed you! How am I supposed to support that?" Tyler heard Jenna sniffle. "There was a deer that jumped in front of his car and we crashed, it wasn't his fault!" Jenna said and cried. Tyler wanted to say something but he didn't know what to say. "You know I can just ask my sister to come get me if it's a problem." He said and opened his eyes. Jenna turned around to look at him. "No, no, no! Tyler please. He didn't mean it." She said and looked angrely at her father. Tyler looked out the window they were only around and hour away from his house. Tyler started wrighting again. It was quiet, the only noice he heard was his pen against the paper and the car engine humming.
Tyler looked at his phone. No messages or calls from Maddy. It was weid she usually allways called back. He really started to worry.
Tyler walked out of the car. Jenna helped him with the bag. "Whell, this is goodbye then." Tyler said and looked down. "Yeah." Jenna said. She looked down. Tyler saw tears dripp down at her shoes. He looked up at her. She was crying. "Jenna." Tyler said calm. Jenna wiped away the tears. Tyler handed her a piece of papaer with his number on it. "Call me." He said and smiled. She kissed him. Longer than they had ever kissed before. And with more emotion than he could ever think a kiss could have. It was just the thought of maybe never meeting her again. He really liked her. They hugged and Jenna walked in the car. She waved goodbye.
Tyler opened the door and set down his bag. "TYLER!" Was the only thing he heard before he was knocked to the ground by Maddie. She had jumped on top of him. "I missed you so much! Oh my gosh and I have to tell you!" She said super fast. Then Zack and Jey joined in. "Be carefull, don't kill Mr.Fluflle!" Tyler yelled. Mr.Fluffle jumped and ran to Chris. "What? Where did this cat come from?" His dad said. Tyler started to get a little stressed. "It's mine." He said and smiled. Then hen Kelly walked to him and smirked. "Who was that girl?"she said and looked at him. "Can we maybe talk about that another time?" Tyler asked he started to get really stressed at everything. And the fact that his sister was sitting on him making it hard to breathe didn't make the situation better. Maddy looked at him with a dead serious face. "Tyler?" She said very low voice. "Do you have a girlfriend? What happened with Jo-" she siaid and looked at her mother. "I mean. Is there anything you havent- we need to talk." She said and looked at him. Tyler started to cry. The nightmare and the car crash came to his mind. "Tyler?" Maddy said and looked at him. She walked off him and hugged him. "Tyler what happed?" Kelly said helping him up. "I- you- we." He said shakily. "Do you want to talk outside?" Kelly said looking at him. She knew how Tyler got calmb by how the trees looked in the sunset. "Yeah." He said and walked outside with his mother.
They sat down on a bench in the backyard. Kelly sat down next to him and looked at him. "I'm all ears." She said and smiled. Tyler looked at her and then started to wring his hands. This is something he only did when a situation was really stressfull for him. But he started doing this more and more often. "Okay, uhm. Let- where should I start?" He said and looked at his mother. "Tell me everything." Kelly said and smiled. "Okay, when I arrived at the school I met this cool guy Josh." He started. Don't mentioning the suicide attempt at the hotel. "And I really started liking him. And I thought he liked me too, but he got out on a date with this girl called Debby." He pressed his hands together he just wanted to punch her. He was supposed to be the one for Josh! "And the next day Josh was outside, drunk and he smelled like cigarettes and he didn't want to see me so I called Maddy and told her everything and she wanted me to come home and talk and stuff." He took a deep breath. "And I was on my way home when a deer jumped over the road and I crasshed."he said and looked down. "Oh my, Tyler are you okay?" Kelly said. "Yeah, yeah. But I crashed into this really pretty girl. And we got a hotel room." Kelly smirked at him. " oh my god mom! No!" Tyler said and blushed. "But our cars were wrecks so her dad came to pick us up. And then we kissed a couple of times." Tyler said and smiled. "Oh and I found Mr.Fluffle along the road." Tyler ssid and smiled. Kelly smiled back. " I tried calling Maddy, why wern't she answering?" He said and looked up. "That you can go ask her." She said. She sounded angery. "Okay." He said and hugged his mom. "I love you Tyler." She said. "I love you too mom." He said and walked to Maddy's room.
"Madison?" He said and knocked on her door. "It's open." She yelled from the other side of the room. "I tried calling you, why wern't you picking up?" He said a little worried. "Oh, I went on a stupid party with someone i souldn't have. And I got drunk and mom found out." She said and lauged.
