As he was driving he started to realize how much his family ment to him. They allways made him feel better. His mom was allways there if he needed someone to talk to. His dad was allways the one that made him laugh. He liked to talk about people behind their back and just talk about anything and everything with his sister. He would play basketball and hang out with his brothers. They all ment so much to him, and now he was leaving to a completaly different state.

He had been driving for three hours and he needed to stop. There was a motel on the side of the road. It was cute and he thougt that it was a nice place to stop. He walked to the front desk, a lady with long dark hair welcomed him.
"What can i do for you today?" "I-I uhm... Shit!" He forgot what he was going to say. "A room?" She asked and chuckled. "Yeah." He said and laughed. "Here." She said and handelen him the key to room 108. "It's to the right and down the hall." She said and smiled. "Thanks." Tyler said. He went back to his car and brought some new clothes he had packed in a backpack the day before. He allso had some money in the bag if he wanted some snacks.

he walked back and opend the door to his room. It was pretty, the theme was forest since there was a beatyfull forest behind the motel.
He opened his bag and took out a new pair of clothes and brought them to the bathroom.
He took off his clothes and turned the shower on. He stuck his hand in to check if the water was warm enough. He stepped into the shower and looked over at the shampoo and soap containers in the small windowframe next to the shower. He sat down. The water was perfect temperature.

He didn't know how long he sat there but he couldn't get Pete off his mind. Not in like a Nice way, no. It was like he could feel Pete. He could feel where Pete had touched him. He watched as the tears dripped down in the no longer warm water. he leaned back, his knees was now over water and his face slowly sinking down. He watched as bubbles floated up to the surface of the water his head was now under. He closed his eyes. He could hear his heart pound. He could hear his lungs scream for air. Then silense. His head was blocking the sound he didn't want to hear. The sound of living, the sound of breathing. Then he heard his phone buzzing. He quickly stood up and walked over to his phone.

Maddy:

He called back.

"Tyler! I tried to ca-"

"Yes, I'm sorry I was in the shower."

"I just wanted to check in on you, if you were okay."

"Yeah." He said, his voice was shaky.

"Tyler?" Maddison was a master when it came to Tyler's voice and feelins.

"What happed?" She said, trying to get it out of him.

"Nothing" He said more cherefully this time.

"Tyler... Don't "nothing" me!" She said strictly

"I-I... Could like feel... Him... Like..."

"Tyler..." She said worried.

He just cried. He did't know what to do. He
was scared. What if Pete found him.

"Tyler, it's going to be okay. He can never find
you. Its eight hours away." She said trying to make him feel better.

"I know but like..." He said as he wiped away tears.

"Things get better." She said with a kind, soft voice.
