Ross's car
Ross's P.O.V
I am terrified! What if she doesn't like what I have planned? Is it too cheesy? No one knows about this except me, so what if it's a complete fail! Ugh, I just have to calm down! I stopped the car in a small carpal just beside where I was taking Laura. She looked at me confused. "We're here!" I said as if it wasn't already obvious. "Where are we?" She asked.
I shrugged an said, "it wouldn't be an adventure if you knew where you were going!" She laughed and said, "I guess you're right." Her laugh, though, Des something to my stomach, it flips it right around like I'm on a rollercoaster. She room my hand and said, "let's go then." I laughed and started walking. After a while u started to quicken up. "Em...Ross?" Laura said. I turned around. "My feet hurt are we almost there?" She said.
"Jump on my back," I told her. She took off her heels, put the both in one hand and I lifted her onto my back and continued walking.
Eventually we arrived. I set Laura down on the soft sand. "We're here...again!" I said and we both laughed. We walked for a little while longer until Laura spotted something, "what is that?" She pointed to a little tiny group of flames a while away from us. She started to run and I chased after her. When she got to it she gasped. "Did you do this?" She asked. I nodded my head as her hands flew around my neck. I hugged her back and she whispered, "thank you so much!" She said.
Laura's P.O.V
Ross had set out a small blanket with a basket and some food with a few candles placed around us. I can't believe he went to this much effort just for me! Maybe he did this with every girl though, but Ross is making me feel so special that I really don't care!

we ate all the food I had brought for us and packed everything up. I carried the basket in one hand and held Laura's hand with the other. She was carrying her shoes in her other hand. We were walking along the beach when I said, "Laura, apart from my family, your the only person that knows I took anti-depressants." She looked at me and said, "Don't worry Ross, I won't tell anyone."
"No, I meant...you're really important to me Laura!" She smiled at me, "You're really important to me too, Ross." I looked at her and she blushed and looked away. "Laura?" I asked.
"Yeah?" She replied without turning around.
"Turn around," I told her.
Laura's P.O.V
"Turn around," he said. I slowly turned my head to face him. As soon as I did, he set the basket down and kissed me. It was my first kiss so I didn't really know what to expect. I always thought that the "sparks" were only metaphorical, but now I know that they're not! As soon as we pulled apart he whispered, "Wow!"
Ross's P.O.V
Laura may not know it, but, even though I "dated" Bella, Laura was my first kiss! We continued walking back to the car. When we got to the path, Laura put her shoes in the basket and jumped on my back. I took us back to the car and carefully set her into the car.
We had just pulled up and the house, and, getting out of the car, I said "Laura I want to ask you something." She smiled and walked over to me. We were now standing in front of the house. "I wanted to know...would you...could you...will you please be my girlfriend?" I finally said after my other attempts. She smiled and said, "I would love to be your girlfriend!" I picked her up and hugged her, then gave her a short kiss, which was apparently long enough for Rydel to snap a photo on her camera because the flash was pretty evident from the window in Rydel's room! "You guys are too cute!" She yelled out the window. Laura and I laughed as I set her down and we walked into the house. We all said goodnight and Laura went into Rydel's Roma me I went into my own. That date was all I wanted and more. I can't wait for school on Monday because I sit beside her in pretty much every single class. Can't wait!
