Laura's P.O.V I slowly sat up in bed, rubbing my eyes. I picked up my phone to look at the time, "8:00am December 25th". It's Christmas! "Ross!" I said shaking him. "Yeah? Are you ok?" He mumbled into his pillow. "It's Christmas! Wake up!" I squealed. "Just a couple more hours," he sighed. "Noooooo! I want to go down stairs!" I whined. "Okay," he said sitting up. "YAY!" I said standing up quickly. "Laur be careful your back isn't better yet!" Ross said, waking up completely. "Its fine ross, I'm fine," I laughed. "Sab!" I said turning around. She sat up in bed and we exchanged a look then squealed, "IT'S CHRISTMAS!" Ross laughed and said, "Sab stay up here until I come and get you." Sabrina nodded her head and Ross and I walked into the hall. "Go down and see if anyone is there," Ross whispered. I nodded and walked downstairs. I looked in the living groom and the kitchen but no one was up yet. I walked back to the stairs and gave Ross the thumbs up. He ran into our room and appeared back with Sab. They ran down the stairs and into the living room, over to the tree. Sab climbed into the big box Ross and I had put under the tree last night. Just as we closed the lid, we heard Ryland run out of his room and yell, "IT'S CHRISTMAS EVERYONE WAKE UP!" "IT'S ALSO SIX IN THE MORNING!" Rocky yelled back. "Exactly! We're late!" Ryland explained sprinting down the stairs.
Everyone eventually made their way downstairs and into the family room. "Does anyone want to go first?" Ross's Granny asked everyone, smiling at me and Ross. "Well Laur and I kind of have to go first and you'll see why when you see the present," Ross explained. "Okay so Ryland it's the massive box over there," I said pointing. He looked at us for a while and then got up and walked over to it. He turned around and gave us a suspicious look and then faced the box again. I quickly opened my Snapchat and started videoing him. He lifted up the lid and Sabrina jumped up. Ryland gasped and instantly wrapped his arms around her. He pulled her out of the box and they started kissing. "How are you here?" He asked, pulling away. "Ross and Laur flew out to LA and brought be back here yesterday," she said, tears rolling down her cheeks. Ryland ran over and enveloped us both into a hug. "Thank you guys so much!" He cried.
Once everyone had said hello, Stormie said, "okay I think we should get breakfast and let everyone calm down."
We all sat around the table and ate bacon, sausages, pancakes, waffles, toast, eggs, tea, coffee, cereal, orange juice, literally everything. "I've got you the best present ever!" Ross whispered in my ear. "Couldn't beat mine!" I whispered back, biting into my pancake. "Pretty sure it could," he said. "Pretty sure it can't," I laughed. "So you're saying that you're better at buy presents for people than I am?!" Ross said standing up. I stood up on my tiptoes, trying to level with him but I was still almost a head smaller than him. "Yes, much better!" I shouted. "Says who?" He yelled. "Who thought of bringing Sab back here for Ryland? I think you'll find that it was ME!" I shouted. "Right you two lets go open presents so we can decide who was better at picking them," Mark said standing up, soon followed by everyone else.
Everyone was opening their presents. Riker got a new MacBook. Rydel got a bedazzled microphone for their shows. Rocky got a new microphone for when he's writing music.
Eventually, everyone had got their presents from each other, stormie and mark and their grandma.
Ross's P.O.V "Ross I'm going to get your present!" Laura shouted as she ran up the stairs. She appeared back down minutes later with a box, wrapped in green wrapping paper with a red bow. I took the bow off it and opened up the lid to reveal another box. "No you didn't!" I said, quickly discarding the other box as I set the oddly shaped box on my lap. I opened it up and there sat a brand new electric guitar.

"Laura this most have cost a fortune!" I exclaimed, carefully lifting it out of its box. "Only the best for you!" She laughed, kissing my cheek. "Well, I've got something for you, I think that I can top this..." I said putting the guitar back into it's box. "I'd like to see you try," she laughed. "First Ross, could you go and get some firewood?" My Grandma asked me. I nodded me head. "Riker," I called. He stood up and followed me to the door.
"Remind me why I need to be here?" Riker asked when we got outside. "I'm going to bring the basket in and then your going to call me over to the kitchen so that she can find her present herself, but I can't be there," I explained. "Why?" He asked. "Trust me, it will surprise her more if I'm not there," I said picking up the basket as Riker nodded his head.
I walked in and set the basket down on the floor. "Ross, can you come here a sec?" Riker called from the kitchen. I ran over and stood in the doorway with Riker.
Laura's P.O.V I was talking to Rydel when something moved in the corner of my eye. I glanced over and saw something peaking its head over the edge of the basket.

"Merry Christmas!" I turned around and saw Ross and Riker standing in the door frame. "Oh my word Ross!" I squealed running over to the basket. "It's so cute!" Rydel squealed when I sat of the sofa with it. Ross walked over and sat down beside me, wrapping his arm around my waist. "What are you going to call her?" Ross asked, patting her head, jingling the little bell on her neck. "Belle," I smiled. She ran around everyone, in and out through people's legs as they pet her. She must have tired herself out because I picked her up and she fell asleep on my knee. "You by the best Christmas presents," I told Ross as we lay on the sofa, watching everyone talking and watching Christmas movies.

First I was really busy doing stuff with friends before summer ended, then when summer did end I was SWAMPED with essays and assignments from school. I also had writers block so it took me a while to write this chapter. Also what do you guys think about me doing a Q and A about the characters or about me, the book anything.
