Ross's P.O.V
Laura had finished packing and we leave first thing tomorrow morning. It was getting late so Laura and I decided just to go to bed. I was already laying in bed when Laura was taking her make up off in the bathroom. She walked into my room and turned the lights off, pulling the door over on her way in. She pulled the covers back and got in beside me. She shuffled around and then curled up right behind my back. "Laura are you ok?" I asked her. I don't know if she's just cold or something because she was laying so close to me. I felt her nodded her head against my back and I said, "are you cold or why are lying like right behind me?" She rolled over so she was facing away from me and said, "sorry, I just want to make the most of it in case it's another dream." I turned around so I was now looking at her back. "What do you mean 'another dream'?" I asked her. "You know, another dream that you come back and I get to lay beside you and talk to you and kiss and hug you but then I wake up and you're not here and I don't get to lay beside you or talk to you or kiss or hug you." I scooted closer to Laura and wrapped my whole body around yours and pressing my lips against her forehead said, "I promise this isn't a dream." She seemed to fall asleep fine after that.

Ross's P.O.V
"Laura," I whispered, shaking her awake, "we have to go back to New York." She groaned and rolled over. I sat down beside her and said, "please? I want you to come back to New York with me!" She shuffled around and mumbled, "go put our suitcases hallway and then come and wake me up."
"I already did," I said. She groaned and rolled over so she was facing me, "I'm getting up now." I smiled as she rolls out of bed. She put on her jeans and crop top from yesterday and then took one of my hoodies out of my drawer and put it on. She picked up her bag and said, "Quickly lets go I want to sleep on the way there." I laughed and said, "Laura it's like nine and you're already acting like you're jet lagged. Plus you need to eat something."
"NO! I'm not hungry!" Laura whined. I just laughed and took her hand, leading her down the stairs. The cab pulled up outside the house and Laura got in with my mom while I put our suitcases in the trunk. I ran back inside and grabbed two apples and locked the door and the garage. I jumped into the cab and the driver drove away. I handed Laura one of the apples and started eating the other one. Even though she said she wasn't hungry, she devoured the apple in what seemed like seconds. Laura falls asleep quite quickly, resting her head on my shoulder. We arrive at the airport after about twenty five minutes. Laura wakes up when the cab stopped at a drop off point. I opened the trunk and took out my mom's and Laura's suitcases.
We got through security really quickly. We started to board the plane back to New York. When we got on, one of the flight attendants went to look at my boarding pass. She set her hand on my arm, winked at me and said, "where are you heading?"
"New York? Like everyone else on this plane?" I asked. I could hear Laura giggle behind me and I was trying my best to keep a straight face. "All alone?" She asked, obviously not giving up. "No," I said, "I'm going with my mom and my girlfriend." She pulled her hand away and handed me back my boarding pass. "Ready," I asked turning around to Laura. She smiled and nodded her head. I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and we walked up the aisle to our seats.
