Ross's P.O.V
The guys and I watched 'The walking dead' when the girls went to bed. When it was over, all the guys went to their rooms. It's now 2:00 am and I can't sleep. I got up and slowly made my way down the stairs. I got into the kitchen and saw Laura sitting at the table. I walked over and started to massage her shoulders. She jumped and looked at me. She smiled soft and turned around saying, "why are you up?"
"Couldn't sleep, you?" I replied.
"Me neither," she replied. She stood up and followed me into the lounge. We sat down on the couch and I out my arm around her and she rested her head on my shoulder.
Laura's P.O.V (dream flashback)
"Laurie I have to!" She said.
"No Nessa, don't go, don't go!" I cried at her feet.
"I'm sorry Laura," she said getting into her car, "I have to!"
"I THOUGHT YOU WERE MY SISTER VANESSA!" I yelled as she speed away. I collapsed into the pavement and started crying. Eventually my mum came and helped me back into the house.
Ross's P.O.V
I was falling asleep when something wet landed on my hand. I looked at Laura and realised she was crying in her sleep. "Laur, wake up!" I whisper yelled in her ear, gently shaking her. I kept doing this but she wasn't waking up. I ran and got Riker. He tried for a while but nothing was happening. Eventually the girls appear downstairs and ask what's going on. Finally Laura started waking up, but she was in tears. I sat down and hugged her. As she cried into my shoulder, "She left! Why did she leave? WHY DID SHE LEAVE ME ROSS, WHY?" I rocked her back and fourth as I tried to calm her down. I didn't need to ask to know that she was talking about he sister Vanessa. She stopped talking after a while and just cried into my chest. It was only Sab and I left because everyone wanted to give her some space.
After a little while Laura looked up to me and said, "Do you think she'll ever come back?"
I nodded and said, "Yes, I do." She smiled softly then snuggled into my chest. Sab came over, hugged her and said, "I'm glad your alright Laur, night." Then she left and headed upstairs.
Laura looked at me a little while later. "I miss her, Ross," she said. I nodded and stroking her hair said, "I know Laur, I know." And with that she fell asleep on my chest. I lay us down and threw a blanket over us as I drifted off to sleep.
