Laura's P.O.V
"You want to go for a walk in the park?" Ross asked as we drove through our neighbourhood in Ross's car. "Yeah sure," I smiled.
Ross and I walked through the park, hand in hand. "So..." Ross said. "So...?" I asked looking up at him. "So...I love you," He smiled sweetly. "You're a doof," I said, hitting his arm. "But I'm your doof!" He smiled. I rolled my eyes playfully and hooked my arm around his.
Ross and I sat on the grass and watched all of the people walk past us. "Babe," Ross said. I snapped out of my thoughts and replied to Ross, "Yeah?"
"Is that girl over there crying?" He asked, nodding his head to somewhere behind me. I turned around and saw who he meant. A girl, probably around the same age as us, was sitting on a bench crying. I got up and walked over to her. "Are you okay?" I asked. She looked up wiping the tears away from her eyes saying, "Yeah, I'm fine."
"Are you sure?" Ross asked her. "Yeah, it's fine, you guys don't have to worry about it, but thanks," She said. "It's obviously not fine," I said sitting beside her. She laughed through her tears and said, "It's just a few girls in school."
"I get your problem," I smiled, "I had a few girls in school too. Just remember that as soon as you get out of high school, they'll be gone. They won't be your, or anybody else's, problem anymore!" She smiled at me and said, "I never thought of it that way before."
"It's true though," Ross said, "You don't even have to wait until you're out of high school. Stand up to them, let them know that their words and actions don't mean anything to you, show that that whatever they do doesn't faze you. Bullies get more annoyed when they realise that they have no power over you." I smiled at him and the girl said, "You're right, both of you. Thank you both so much! I'm Skye by the way."
"I'm Laura," I smiled, "and this is my boyfriend Ross." Ross smiled. "Do you want to come and get ice-cream with us?" I asked her. "Yeah sure," she smiled. We all stood up and walked out of the park laughing.

Ross's P.O.V
"We met the sweetest girl today at the park," Laura told Rydel. "Awwww you should have brought her back here!" Rydel exclaimed. "I could text her and tell her to come over?" She suggested. "YAY!" Rydel squealed. "Tell Sab to come over too," Ryland told me. "I will," I called as I walked up the stairs.
Skye walked in through the door and Laura hugged her. "We were all going to hang out in the basement and I wanted everyone to meet you," She told Skye. Skye smiled shyly around the room. Everyone waved to her as Laura pointed them out. "Hi guys," Skye laughed waving around the room. "Hi Skye!" Everyone laughed.
