i turn my head to stare at the dark haired boy sat beside me.
at the same time, he turns to look at me, causing our faces to collide. we laugh as we rubbed our foreheads.
"you spork!" i said jokingly.
there's that stupid smile again,
"spork? i've never been called a spork before, what does that even mean? should i be insulted?"
we continue having conversations like this, for who knows how long, about who knows what. i think we're just talking to fill the silence and to hear each others voices.
we hardly even notice that the sun starts to rise.
"we should probably go." phil said then pointed at the sky. "the stars are gone."
"oh, right." i respond, kind of sad that we have to go.
"my mom's probably wondering where i am." phil adds.
"yeah, mine too." i lie. my parents don't care about me. after i came out to them, they act like i am a complete stranger, and not their son.
"lets go." phil said with a tired smile. we hadn't slept at all.
phil opens the door of his car for me and i slid in. I decide to take a nap since i'm a bit tired.
i have dreams of a certain boy with hair as dark as the night sky, and eyes as blue as day.
