Amy's POV (Surprise!)
Snow was paralyzed, looking straight at the screen. I was comforting her by rubbing her hand, and the doctor was smily weirdly at Snow.
Snow coughed. There was an awkward silence before she closed the door and grabbed her phone. "Haylei?" She said as I got out to make her feel comfortable. I heard sob through the door.
I grabbed my phone and called Kaylee. Kaylee had turned what Snow and I used to call, "Mega-sluts", but I still was friends with her. I ran a hand through my curly brown hair and my eyes landed on the the person who I least expected. I hung up the phone.
Axel spun around to meet his blue eyes with my green. "Hey Axel.." I left the sentence at that.
He smiled; a warm, inviting smile. "Where's the younging?" I decided not to answer. Only because Snow hated when people thought she was young because of her height.
"Why are you here?" I said sharply, not letting the butterflies enter my stomach every time he looked at me. I self consiously tugged on my shirt.
"Andy had a family emergency. So I'm filling in for him." I chuckled under my breath and knocked on Snow's door. She didn't answer. I looked at Axel and saw a box in his hand.
"What's that?" I guestured towards the box.
"A present from Andy."
I huffed and knocked again, becoming impatient. "Snow, honey?" I cooed soothingly.
"Come in," she stuttered. I heard her intake a sharp breath before I opened the door.
I sat in the chair beside her and rubbed her arm while Axel explained why he was here. He handed her the box.
"Here. A gift from Andy."
She carefully lifted of the lid and awwwed like the cute little girl she always acted like.
I never admitted it but Snow was prettier than me. She had perfect platinum blonde hair with black underneath. Her eyes were the prettiest blue I had ever seen. Her skin was flawless. And she had an amazing boyfriend who bought her gifts.
She gasped and picked up a white diamond tennis bracelet with and emerald stone in the middle. "It's so..."
"Gorgeous?" Axel suggests.
"Expensive?" I also suggest.
Snow glares at me playfully and clasps it around her wrist. She smiles poorly, and it seems like the first smile Snow has cracked in ages.
"Damn, you could sell that for millions." I pointed out as I stared up at Axel. His full lips in the pouty way they always were. His perfect, pale white skin was belmish free and amazing. His black hair was swooped to the side in a gorgeous, silky looking way. His blue eyes stared hard at Snow, like he was mezmorised in her beauty. I didn't find that hard to believe.
I stared at the wall as Snow's slightly happy face turned into a frown. I rubbed gentle circles on her back. She used all her strength not to cry and laid back to let a violent sob.
"I can't believe I'm pregnant." She turned to Axel. "Just tell Andy they don't know the gender," she whimpered. Axel flipped out his phone and dialed a number.
"I'll be right back," he said before walking out of the room.
Axel's POV
"What the fuck do you want?" Andy asked.
"They don't know," I answered while I grabbed a cigarette and lit it up. I took a drag and rested it in my mouth.
"Excuse me, Mr." I turned towards the voice. It was a nurse with curly black hair and brown doe eyes. "You can't smoke in here."
I dropped the cigarette to the carpeted floor and stepped on it. She mumbled to herself and picked it up off the floor. She stormed away and threw it out in the garbage.
I heard a slam and a scream as Andy -I'm presumed- through the phone down. "Cy!" Andy yelled at the top of his lungs. I heard footsteps approaching Andy, and then Andy say, "I need to visit my girlfriend."
I almost scowled at the way he said it. Like he didn't care about her. Snow. Snow with the perfect angelic face, Snow that I wished was mine. I pushed the thoughts out of my head as Amy came rushing out of the room. "I need a smoke," she huffed and tugged me outside. I quickly hung up with Andy.
I was about to hand her a cigarette when she whipped one out of her pocket and lit it up. I raised an eyebrow but didn't question it. Everyone had their secrets.
She looked me straight in the eye and I felt uneasy. Don't get me wrong, Amy is a beautiful girl, I'm more of the blonde than the brunette girl, but a hook up isn't bad. I leaned foward and surprisingly, so did she. Our lips touched and she kissed back.
A.N.- Things are getting better and better. Weren't expecting that end? Neither was I. I felt like the reader for the kissing moment. I really did not expect to write that. Well.
I love the way Amy describes people. I really wanted to get the point across to you the Snow looks like she could be a model, but she doesn't really think that good of herself. Axel is just... Axel.
