"Ow!" Barry exclaimed as Iris slapped his arm, his friends were gathered in the cortex, Caitlin in her lab, Cisco sat at the computer as usual and Iris angrily attacking Barry's arm. He rubbed it trying to sooth it and frowned at her shielding his arm from anymore hits. "What was that for?"
"Why didn't you tell us you had a girlfriend?! You don't just throw that on someone" Iris yelled, resisting the temptation of hitting him again.
"I don't know, I guess to know each other more before everyone met her" Barry shrugged, defensively but Iris still frowned, she wasn't fond of this Leyla, she saw how hurt Caitlin was when Barry announced he had a girlfriend. "She's not really like what she was yesterday, she was just...nervous, imagine being in her shoes meeting new people who were probably judging her"
"Well we wouldn't of acted the way we did if you'd have at least told us about her" Iris argued, Cisco quickly got fed up of the arguement, Caitlin was half listening but half making some sort of chemical Cisco had wanted her to create, she didn't exactly want to talk to Barry right now. "Sometimes Barry Allen you tick me off"
Barry rolled his eyes and sat down in his chair in a huff, angry at Iris for being angry at him and swivelled his chair to see Cisco. "Hows the head?"
"Caitlin sorted it" Cisco replied, typing up something on the computer then a chat message popped up, Cisco beamed at the caller ID: Felicity. Immediately he answered. "Felicity! Hey girl! Hows things?"
Felicity smirked at Cisco, missing his childish attitude but could tell he was happy to see her, they all were, Caitlin the most. She immediately ran to the computer when she heard Felicitys voice. "Hello Cisco, everythings all good here, I just called to speak with Caitlin about the pa-"
"No!" Caitlin exclaimed, stopping Felicity making her jump and everyone else in the room. "This isn't the appropriate time to talk about that, everyones here, hang up, I'll call you ok? Just...don't say anything else"
"Right, sorry uh, bye guys" Felicity nodded, tapping a button and the screen turned black making Caitlin let out a breath of relief, fumbling for her phone before Barry caught her wrist gently, she stilled at his touch and pulled out of it.
"Whats going on?" Barry asked, accepting that Caitlin didn't want him to touch her and pulled his hand back.
"Nothing Barry, I'll be back later" Caitlin responded, seeing Felicitys caller ID appear on her phone and left the cortex answering the call. "Your as bad as Cisco"
Caitlin laughed and Felicity furrowed her eyebrows. "It was an accident!" She giggled, leaning back on her chair, she could see Felicity was in the Arrow cave, still getting rebuilt, all the important things like Olivers suit in its glass case. Oliver had clearly been in there otherwise it would have been hidden away with the fogged glass instead of the clear. "Now, should I visit Central city? I can get my ticket to get on the train tomorrow and we can discuss it then"
Caitlin made a mischievous grin as she looked at Felicity, who narrowed her eyes at her brunette friend, trying to read what she was thinking. "How about I come to Star city?"
"Really? I mean, it's a bit of a mess here" Felicity groaned, she loved visiting Central city, it was like her vacation.
"Its a mess here too, sort of, well I need the time away, plus I miss you guys and I only ever visit during bad times where we need to save the world, come on, I'll get the train later, one comes every hour" Caitlin argued, she'd been sat in her car debating to drive somewhere but stayed put until she hung up.
"I guess it'll be nice you coming here just to hang out instead of working, do you think Barry will let you?" Felicity asked, wary that Barry might need Caitlin but she shook her head.
