  "Will, I need to go back." I say. I look at Will with both of his hands on the steering wheel of his Avalanche truck. He hasn't even started driving it yet, we are just sitting there.

  "You can't. Do you know how much trouble you'll be in?" Will says. I throw my hands up in the air.

"Do you know how important this is to me?" I spit back. Will looks at me blankly.

  "Your gonna get yourself killed." He whispers and then starts the car engine. I shrug and smile.

  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  "Good luck. Here's the ticket to Connecticut, you can sneak from there to wherever the next station is. Do you even know where that is?" Will asks. He hands me a plane ticket, A-34.
  "Yeah," I pull out a crumpled piece of paper. I found it under Nia's pillow. It listed the stations and dates, alone with the division.
  "Afghanistan."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 "Boarding group A please!" The traveling attendant says into the microphone. I stand up and grab my backpack. Inside is the list, a water bottle, and my IPhone. I walk towards the poles and stand in the '34' slot. The people ahead of me start slowly walking towards the plane. I feel a tap on my leg.

  "Hi." I smile and stare at a little girl with a build-a-bear stuffed animal. The little girl smiles and shows me her stuffed bear.

  "That's very cute." I say.

  "Honey," a short woman grabs the little girl's hand. "I'm so sorry, ma'am." She says.

  "No problem." I laugh as the little girl waves 'bye' as she walks with her mom.

I pull out my IPhone. I open up my messages with Will.

  Heading onto the plane. I'll text you when I'm on and call you when I get off!

I see a bubble appear and then his message appears.

  K. Be safe Madds.

  I exit out the messaging app and then board the plane. I throw my backpack into the compartment and then scoot over to the window seat. The little girl and her mom come and sit beside me, the little girl closest to me. The mom smiles and then looks away.

  "We are going to lift off." Says the pilot. The microphone hangs up and then the plane lurches forward. The little girl holds her bear close and squints her eyes shut.

  The plane moves faster and I see the runway disappear. We lift off and then are heading towards Connecticut.

~~~~~~~~~~
  "Thank you for flying with us. Please come back soon." The flight attendant says. She smiles stupidly and then hides the microphone.
  I stand and so does everyone else in the plane. Everyone in the front starts to walk to the airport and I follow suit when I grab my backpack.
  "Bye!" The little girl waves and then her mom drags her to the baggage claim. I don't follow, I only brought my backpack.
  I look at the airport. It's large and the carpet is like movie theater carpet.
"Hello Connecticut."
