The grout was finished. The refrigerator was running. The electricity was on the fritz, but still manageable. The rats were gone. The windows and light bulbs replaced. Yet there was more to do.
The kitchen wasn't painted, but I think It's best to do that last. Not rush into it yet. Maybe ask Jim what he thought.
