Normani's POV

Ally came back with a frown and I prepared myself for more disappointment. I don't know why Dinah didn't like me.

"She said no didn't she?" I asked and Ally looked at me emotionless. "She said yes?" I asked more confused. She still just gave me a blank stare.

"Why do you love her, she was so rude to me." Ally said tearing up. She hurt my baby sunshine allysus? Dinah would never.

"What happened?" I asked reaching for my best friend and she hugged my waist.

"She called me a midget." Ally whimpered against my chest. I rubbed Ally's head. If you do not know Ally was born premature meaning she was born two months into her mothers pregnancy. Because of it she is smaller than the rest of us.

"I'm sorry Alz." I said kissing her forehead. Jay laughed.

"Dont become a Lesbo Normani, dont wanna end up like them." He said pointing towards Lauren and Camila across the parking lot. Camila was sitting on the hood of Lauren's mustang with her hands around her neck smiling. Lauren had her hands on Camila's waist as she leaned forward smiling into their kiss. She started laughing and pulled away. They were honestly couple goals. I wanted that to be Dinah and me. Dinah deserved to be treated like a queen. She was like cleopatra and I was medusa. I had known Dinah since TK but she never really liked me, which hurt, and I didn't know why. When I was thirteen I realized that I was in love with Dinah. Ally was the only one who actually knew that I loved her and that I was gay. Ally was the thing to keep me grounded.

"Shut up Jayson." I said as he groaned. His parent spelt his name Jayson to be "original". They were stoner hippies.

"Whatever. I'm not coming to your party either, I got to go fuck my girl again." He said puffing his shirt. He always talked about screwing some girl but he never used her name, and thats because everyone thought Dinah was a loser. She never tried to be popular. I guess he just liked to brag about her but if they knew who it was he would never get any credit.

"Who is your girl again?" Ally asked since I told what Dinah had said to me in A period.

"Oh you know she doesnt go here." He said cockily and leaned against the car we were gathered around. Jay was so stupid. Dinah could aim way higher. She deserved so much better than him. She deserved to be walking on clouds and treated like a queen.

"Way to score one dude." Troy said cheering him on. Ally looked at him and raised her eyebrows as he withdrew. Jay was watching "camren" make out on Lauren's car and smirked. I let go of ally and walked over to Lauren tapping her shoulder. She sighed and rolled her eyes looking at me.

"Can I help you Hamilton?" She asked gripped Camila's hips tighter. I saw the visible pain in her face as she let go. "Sorry darling." She whispered and kissed her nose really quick. Camila smiled and scrunched her face.

"I just wanted to invite you two to my party tonight." I said with a peppy and energetic voice trying to sound as welcoming as possible. "I thought you guys could also maybe being your other friend.... Dinah?" I asked hopeful. I had to act like I didn't know her I didn't want them to hate me too.

"No tha-" Lauren started but was cut off by a jumpy Camila.

"Lets go Lolo please." Camila made a puppy dog face and looked at lauren with the cutest face ever. How could you say no to it.
