2 weeks later

"Dinah you're going to be late!" My mom screamed from the stairs. I rolled out of my bed and hopped down on the floor. Rolling over on the floor and grabbing the ripped jeans from yesterday I got up not bothering to change my shirt.

"Look Dinah I know yesterday was hard but-"

"I dont need cliché advice mom I'm okay." I said smiling and placing my hand on her shoulder. "I'll be okay. I'll call you if I feel off I swear." I said kissing my moms cheek and leaving.

"Hey Dinah." Camila said as I walked in.

"Hey wheres Lauren?" I asked immediately thinking of the written letter I had to give to my friend. Camila pointed down the hall where Lauren and Shawn where whisper yelling about the situation. Le sigh. I really didn't want to do this.

"Lauren?" I said handing the letter to her and walking away. She grabbed it and looked extremely surprised.

"Really?"

"See you later." I said leaving the older one as her and Shawn continued arguing. I walked to Camila.

"Are you gonna-"

"No I have to go to the counselor later with him. Anyways how long since...?"

"She wont say... I'm sorry I tried." Camila said sadly. I sadly smiled and she hugged me. "I have to get to class, dont, ya know."

"Yeah I know. See you at Lunch." I said as Camila skipped down the hall and grabbed Lauren's hand kissing it.

I walked down the hall towards the counselor office with a note. I walked in a sat down through my backpack in the front of the office. Shawn was in already as in there.

"Hello Dinah." I smiled at her and sat next to Shawn.

"Hey Shawn. Mrs Gretti, I gave those forms to Lauren." I said and she nodded.

"Well Mr Mendes would like a copy too." She said and I looked at Shawn. "If thats okay."  I pulled them out of my sweatshirt.

"Thanks." I handed them to him.

We talked and did our daily discussion that had been happening for two weeks now. I made my way back to my class and sat down.

After school I went home, went to therapy, did my homework, and went to bed. Same as always, except this time my dad called.

"Hey baby, I'm coming home tomorrow." I smiled at his voice. "I missed you."

"I missed you too Daddy. I'll see you tomorrow."

"Tomorrow."

I went to bed immediately after and then continued the daily routine again, except this time with a twist.

"Wait... what?" I asked extremely confused. Shawn sat next to me. "Wait, are you serious?!" I asked now excited.

"Very. Mr Mendes I would like to congratulate you." The principle said standing up and shaking Shawn's hand. "And Miss Jane I would like to thank you."

"Yeah I just... yeah..." I sat down.

"You helped Mr Mendes get into the best Therapeutic facility in the country. I want to thank you, they wanted you but you helped him." I looked at Shawn, who smiled.
