Kate's POV
Amber and Josh were still out, probably making out or something. Did I care? No. It meany I had to stay here and do all the laundry by myself. Great. I did warn her that Josh would just be using her as some sort of rebound.
I jogged upstairs to get the laundry basket out of Amber's room. Typical, she's emptied her clothes out of her drawer to find something to wear today. Bless her. I folded up all of the clothes and put them back in the drawer. I then went to my room to get my laundry basket. I emptied all the clothes out of it and put them into Amber's basket, which had like 7 items in. I looked around the room to see if Christos has dumped any of his dirty clothes on the floor, then froze at my bed. I dropped the basket and walked towards it. On his pillow, there was a note with a necklace attached to it. The necklace I gave him after he proposed because I felt bad that he spent so much money on a silly little ring. Yes, I was that kind of girl.
I stared at the note for a while, without reading it. Just admired his scruffy handwriting. Then eventually I picked it up and started to read it.
Dear Kate,
I'm so sorry I have to leave you this way. I've cancelled the wedding. I can't marry you. I've thought about this for a while now and realised, I only proposed for the money. For your amazing cooking. For sex. Not for you. I realised I can't take advantage of you anymore. I apologise.

Speechless, I scrumpled up the note theb threw it onto the bed. I opened the wardrobe and noticed that all of his clothes were gone. I opened all of the drawers, all of his things were gone. I felt tears well up in my eyes, but they welled down due to how angry I am. He used me. For money, for food, for sex. I trusted him. Everytime he said 'I love you' it was all a lie. Everytime he called me beautiful, lie. He persuaded me to start this cupcake buisness. I told him it was my dream. Now I just felt like, it was more his dream. I hated him. He made me fall for him just so I would give him stuff. Bastard.
I looked around the room, and saw a framed photo of us at his cousin's wedding. The heat reached my face. I grabbed the frame and threw it onto the floor, which smashed the sheet of glass in frame. I took the photo out of it and ripped it in half then threw it out of the window. I looked down at my hands they were all bloody. The glass had cut them. I didn't care. I ripped the ring off and threw it at the wall, causing it to fall behind the chest of drawers. I sat on the floor with my back resting on the end of the bed, and felt my tears drop from my eyes.
Andrew POV
Imogen walked into the coffee shop, ready for her shift. She was late. Her eyes were red meaning she had probably been crying the night before or this morning.
"What's up?" I asked. She smiled weakly at me.
"I saw Josh with some blonde chick. They were holding hands. I couldn't look at him so I ran home. I'm sorry I kept you waiting." She explained. I nodded.
"Don't worry, Amber is just one of his many rebound girls. He's still mad for you." I smiled and took off my apron. My shift was over.
"Thanks, Andy." She replied sweetly.

I jogged back home and walked past Kate's house. I noticed a ripped photo on the pavement of her and Christos. Oh no. What had he done? I picked up the ripped photo and knocked loudly on the door.
"Kate?!" I shouted. No answer. I could hear her sobbing quietly from her room since her window was open. I turned the handle and opened the door. I quickly kicked off my shoes and ran upstairs in her room. I found her dirty laundry spewed all over the floor, her frame from the picture was smashed and she was sat with her head in her hands, crying her eyes out. I picked up a ball of screwed up paper that was on the floor, unravelled it and read it.
