Amber POV

I woke up the next day, filled to the brim with guilt. Couldn't I had atleast given Andrew a chance?

No. I couldn't break the promise I made to Mason. This was strictly why I didn't want anything to happen with Josh either. I knew I had led him on, although that was accidental. I couldn't fall in love, not after what happened with Mason. I promised him before what happened we'd be together forever and I was 100% committed to that.

Last year, before Kate moved to Greece, something terrible happened. Mason, my fiancé, was run over by a car. On his last days, I promised we'd be together forever even if he didn't make it. We were going to get married. Yes I know, I lied to Andrew. I told him I've never been kissed. I lied to him. Only so I wouldn't have to open up to him about Mason.

I showered and got changed into my cupcake unform again. That day was the grand opening of Kate's Cupcakes. Kate gave us the uniforms a few nights ago. Pink polo shirt, black trousers and a black apron. Both me and Josh were equipped with name tags too. I sniggered at the thought of Josh wearing such a girly uniform. Oh well, he'll live. The polo shirt had a cute little silhouette/outline of a cupcake on the collar. I jogged downstairs to find a half naked man lounging on the couch.

"Yis Ras!" He said, happily. He clearly didn't care that he was half naked. I pulled a fake smile and waved, then trailed into the kitchen where I could hear Kate, singing and making breakfast.

"Oh hi Amber! Would you like some bread and cheese?" She asked, trying to ignore the confusion on my face.

"Yeah, hi. Uhm, who's the Greek hunk on the couch?" I asked her. She smiled and looked out into the living room to him.

"That's Miguel, Miguel Casineo," She whispers. "I met him last night at an Irish pub down the road." What?! When did she leave the house?!

Kate POV

It was funny how Amber never noticed the last 3 guys I had brought home the past few days. There was Farrel, Luca and Damon. Miguel was the first one that actually didn't leave, which was unfortunate.

After breakfast, I said goodbye to Miguel and saw him out the door. I hadn't felt this free in years. I always had to play by Christos' rules, never my own. That was the thing though, all last night, all I could think about, was Chris. I missed him so much. Fair enough he used me. I just felt like he filled that hole I had in my life. The missing piece of the puzzle. But now I was back to square one.

I had 5 hours till the grand opening of my cupcake shop. The local news paper was going to be around to interview me for an article. Apparently a British female starting her own business in Greece was something that intreged people. I could complain though, it would get my cupcake business more noticed. I had always wanted to do this business. I remember before Christos proposed, I opened up to him. Told him that I had always wanted to persue a career in the thing I loved to do most, which was baking. That was the day he persuaded me to move to Greece with me. We had been travelling back and forth, him going to England, me visiting in Greece. He decided it was the best way to make our relationship work. We really couldn't waste any more money on plane tickets so it was just easier. The day he proposed was also the day he bought me the shop we used for the cupcakes. I quit my day job as secretary to persue this dream. All because of :

Christos.

That name, again. Haunted me.

Suddenly I was snapped out of my deep chain of thoughts by a familiar ring tone blasting from my phone. I picked up my phone an noticed a series of numbers that were very unfamiliar to me. I pressed the green telephone and answered the mysterious being who called me.
