Amber POV

I was woken up to a very annoyed Andrew who was tapping me violently.

"Wake up." He says firmly. I sat up and sighed. We were still on the plane and people were stood up getting their stuff out if the iver head lockers. "We're here now get up before we get locked on the plane." I gave him a dirty look and grabbed my bag out of the shelf above me then followed him out of the plane.

We got to the suit case conveyer belt (I think that was what they were called) and I grabbed my two suitcases and stood there waiting for my other two. I looked around and noticed there were no luggage trolleys available. Andrew picked up his suitcases and made his way out.

"Andrew!" I shouted. He sighed and turned around then starts to walk towards me. "Could you help me carry my suitcases, there are no trolleys left?" I asked. He shook his head.

"Sorry, Amber, I have to catch the cab to the docks. If I'm late I get charged extra. Sorry." He said. For some strange reason I felt like he was lying. I sighed and managed to get my last two suitcases but then struggled to carry them out of the room. No one stopped to help me, which was explainable as most people would have been in a rush. I finally found the taxi driver who was holding my name on a piece of paper.

"Could you help me put the luggage into the boot?" I asked the middle aged man. He nodded and placed them in as I get into the cab.

I got the house, I still struggled with all of my bags, and rang the doorbell. The house was a terraced one with, what I pressumed was, Kate's shop on the right hand side of it. It was a white house with a small front garden. There were a few plants in the garden but it was mostly bare. Probably due to the size. After a few rings, Kate finally opened the door.

"AMBER! Oh my god it's so good to see you! Come inside I've just served dinner, have some if you like!" She shouted cheerfully. I smiled at her. She realised that I was struggling and takes two of my suitcases then she put them next to the stairs. I took mine and placed them next to them. The inside of the house was much more fancier than the outside. The living room was huge, it had two red suede sofas infront of a tv. One wall was plastered with a poppy-themed wall paper. Poppies were Kate's favourite flower, so mostly everything in this room was poppy themed. She had poppy photo frames and ceramic poppy ornaments. It sounds a little obsessed, but the poppy theme was a little more discrete than it sounded. She had silver curtains which matched the silver poppy stems on the wall paper. It was her dream home.

I approached the table where Kate led me to. There were two guys sat there. One was Andrew and the other one was a guy I've never met before. He had dark brown hair and was well built. Slightly tanned too.

"Amber, I'd like you to meet Christos Xavier, my Fiancé. Christos, this is Amber Nightingale, my best friend from England!" She said. I knitted my eyebrows at her. She never told me she had a boyfriend let alone a fiance. She has grown a slight greek accent from living here for a year. It was quite weird.

The man shook my hand and said something along the lines of "Yis rass." I pulled a puzzled look.

"It means hello." Andrew says, arrogantly. I nodded then repeated it so I didn't sound rude. Christos smiled and let go of my hand.

"And Amber, this is Andrew. Andrew this is-" Kate started, but was quickly cut off by Andrew.

"I know. We've already met." He said sharply. I rolled my eyes. He grabbed his bowl of, what I pressumed was hummus, and took it to the sofa. Kate narrowed her eyes at him.
