Nicole's p.o.v.
Today was the day I was going to hang out with Joseph. I was freaking out the whole morning because since I didn't know where we would be going I didn't know what to wear. I decided to call Joseph and see what he had in mind for today:
"Hello?"
"Hey Joseph, it's Nicole."
"Hey, what's up?"
"What do you have planned for us today?"
"It's a surprise."
"Aww okay."
"Why? What's wrong?"
"I know this is gonna sound funny, but I was freaking out because I don't know what to wear. That's why I wanted to know what we would be doing"
I could hear him laugh a little.
"Wear whatever you want. You don't have to dress up if you don't want to."
I was somewhat relieved when he said that.
"Okay cool, well I'll be ready in about an hour."
"Okay, what's your apartment number?"
"It's 746."
"Okay, I'll see you in an hour then."
"Alright bye."
"Bye."
Since Joseph didn't tell me what or where we'll be going it took me the whole hour to pick something to wear. I chose a nice light blue tank top,jeans and sneakers. Tried to keep it casual I didn't want to over dress. However I did decide to curl my hair. After I finished I watched TV and waited for Joseph come over.

I was super nervous and excited to see Nicole again. I hope she liked the gift that I picked out for her. Took me a while to pick something for her since she doesn't like flowers. I think I came up with a pretty cool gift. I took a quick shower and got dressed. I picked a classic black v-neck shirt, dark blue jeans, and Vans sneakers. I told Nicole that she didn't have to dress up so I didn't either. I didn't want it to be awkward if only one of us had dressed up. I grabbed the Nicole's gift and ran to the elevator so I could put it in my car so I could give it to her later. Then I headed towards her apartment.
*knocks on door*
When Nicole opened the door my eyes widened. She looked so pretty even though she wasn't dressed up.
"Hey Joseph."
"Hi Nicole, you ready to go?"
"Yeah, so where are we going?"
She locked the door behind her and we head towards the elevators.
"I was thinking about grabbing a bite to eat somewhere then take a walk at a park or something."
"Sure, sounds fun to me."
I pushed the button to the elevator door.
*elevator bell rings*
We walked in and I pushed the 1 button and the doors closed.
"How was your day yesterday?"
"Super busy. Had a few tests at school, and then I had to close up at work."
"Wow, sounds like it was a killer Friday."
"Yeah, it was, but I stayed busy which made the day go by faster."
"That's good." I smiled at her.
The elevator stopped and the doors opened to the first floor. We walked out and headed toward the parking lot to my car.
